Hey everyone though I would give every one a look at my current build! I have owned this car now for five years, and been through two set ups. The first was a 14b at 17psi with a 3" tanabe cat back exhaust, and a intake my dad made for me. The second set up was MHI evo3 16g at 20psi, rc 550cc injectors, 3" gm maf & maf translator, obx fmic, short route piping, turbo xs rfl bov, 3" tanabe down pipe, evo3 o2, phantom grip lsd, and a act 2600 clutch. The 16g set up lasted two years before I spun a rod bearing three weeks before I went to basic training. The car sat for two years and went through a major part out while I was away. Now that I'm back it is time to bring her back to life! Some of the parts I'm about to list I have already purchased, but I wanted to see what my fellow DSM'ers! had to say or any advice before I start putting her back together!

Parts list as follows:

Looks good so far. A few things I would change.

Gold Enkie 17x8.5 rpf1 35mm off set.
245x40x17 Dunlop direzza sport z1 star spec tires. You're gonna make all this power and go nowhere with these. At least get slicks for the track.

Thanks Richard for the recomendations. I forgot to add that I will be running slicks when I am at the track. This car is a track car that maybe will see the street on a rare occasion. Any other suggestions from anyone? My goals for this car are 500whp!:hellyeah:

If I rember correctly the price for the axle/hub set up was $968.00 shipped. Once again thanks Richard. I dont claim to be a know it all, but I like to take pride in my work. Before joining the dsm world I was a 3si guy, until my freshly dynoed 92 tt got rear ended and totaled :notgood:. I do all the work my self besides transmissions.

Alright so I've decided to go with a 3" exhaust that will come out of the front bumper. I did some searching but my skill must suck... My question is since I will be deleting the O2 sensor will this affect my tuning?

Deleting the downstream o2 will trigger a CEL which can be turned off via link, you can delete the upstream o2 and simulate narrowband signal with your WB through link.

Just my opinion:
Dont get the dss axles. Axles are easy to replace. Go to advanced auto and get their $60 axles after yours break. They are stronger/bigger than oem and come with a warrenty. Break them take them back...rinse and repeat.

Get ecmlink instead of dsm link so you can use boost by gear. I also agree on using speed density.

15" rims with slicks are a must (drag radials atleast).

I have the throttle body you want to use on my car. Its kind of a pain in the butt. I suggest you port a 1g tb insted espetially if you arnt using 3" pipe for your intercooler.

What fuel will you be running?

Fuel will more the likely 114 or 117. The track I go to is cordova drag way in Cordova Illinois, and that is were I get my gas from.

I figured with your choice of injectors you were going to run e85. I know a local guy that had some trouble tuning with those perticular injectors. You may consider getting some 1000's to make it easier on you. They will be good enough to max out a rewired walboro 255 which is good to 600hp (maybe more on race fuel?).
