I am getting alot of pressure in my top and lower radiator hoses please some help I can't figure it out I took the thermostat out and it still does it

Might be normal operating pressure. If its a lot more than that I would look at a possible head gasket issue that is pressurizing the coolant system.

One item you may want to take a look at is the radiator cap. If it sticks closed then it won't let excess coolant go back to the reservoir. Does the reservoir level change during different conditions like when the engines hot or cold?

I have a brand be nine pound cap on and it doesn't seem to be over flowing in to The over flow

Is your car overheating? Are you losing coolant?

If not, then the pressure is normal. The cooling system is supposed to be pressurized. The hoses will seem to swell a little bit, and become "stiff" as you say when it's at temperature.

That's perfectly normal. The hoses may soften a little when cold but not by much
