I need some help finding a holset hx 35 or 40, or I could even run a gt35r. My turbo just decided to come apart the second time i had my car out this year, and i cant seem to find another hx40 anywhere.

I have a brand new H1E at the shop- just needs a BEP turbine housing and you're ready to boost. The H1E is the same turbo as the 8-blade HX40.

I also have a brand new H1C at the shop- same story on the turbine housing. The H1C is the same turbo as the 8-blade HX35.

Could you pm me a price for each of them and any way you could work out a deal if i would buy both? I have a Bep housing off the turbo that i had im guessing it will work with the H1'S ?

That all depends on what turbo you were running prior to this- the H1C / HX35 turbine is much smaller than the H1E / HX40 turbine, so the turbo you use will have to fit the housing you have.

You mentioned you've killed two prior....were these Holsets as well? I'm curious because these are turbos that generally last hundreds of thousands on miles on diesels- if you've killed two in a row there's obviously something wrong with your oiling.

No I only fried one and idk what happened to it. It bent the shaft and tore the exhaust housing all up. But the intake side was perfectly fine and the shaft had no sign of too much oil or to little oil and no scars. Also the bearings were all fine because i pulled it all apart and checked em. It was just rebuilt this winter im thinkin it either was not balanced right, or if its possible i got the exhaust temp to high and the fins came apart.
