Hello DSM Brethren!

ETS has been mocking up my T4 Twin Scroll Mani, and 4" Ultra race short route fmic setup on one of their 2g cars that they own. They are using my new (purchased at FullRace)BW 88-75 T4 .91AR turbo that I sent them as well to help fit everything up.

Here are just a few preview pics and here is the link available as well to see other great pics of their work.

ETS Twin Scroll Manifold w/ Borg Warner Turbo - 2G | Facebook

All of this will be mated to my built block by FFWD Connection: 2.0L block 9.0:1 cmp Ross pistons .020 over,Crower Rods,ARP bolts on everypart in the crankcase(Short Block,Butcher crank).

Holeshot performance ported head 1mm Oversize valves,HKS cams 264,272's,Supertech dual valve springs.

AEM EMS

Just need 2150 FIC's,Jay racing fuel pump ,two Tial 38mm vband wastegates,Felpro head gasket and L19 ARP head studs and we'll get the job complete. Tranny build going on immediately right after. I will use a South Bend clutch with Kevlar disc..

Goal:
As much whp that I can make on pump 93 octane 550whp+ and hopefully more when using E85.

Thanks to Mike and Chris and all the fellas at ETS for taking on this project for me.
Thanks to Geoff and Rafi of Full Race for selling me the BW turbo and for welding on the 3" exhaust flange onto the back of the turbine hsing.

And finally Darren at FFwd Connection for building this masterpiece of an engine. Biggest Chop buster I know.:thumb: But a great guy.

Looks really good so far. You must be ballin. Thats atleast 4k under that hood good luck with the car.

Good luck with the new setup. The BW and twin scroll should be a sick combo.:sneaky: It looks great so far and I believe you should be able to meet your goals with that setup. Pretty serious intercooler you have there too.:hellyeah: :D

This certainly looks familiar.. :D

It's a great setup and I'm sure you'll like it a lot

Not including the motor a little less but still costs alot.:ohdamn: I'm hoping with the few things left I have to get ,that will be it. It's a killer spending all this $ on a car,but it's a hobby.

Thanks though.

Very nice Carl. GL man.
Thanks bro. Saw Dennis and he told me u sold everything. You'll be back!:thumb:

I'm gonna try. Seems like alot of guys got good results out of this setup so I'm hoping to make some real power on pump. Thanks for the comment.:thumb: I'll keep you guys posted.

Well first off I wanna thank all you guys for the comments. Yep I'm excited.:thumb:

2gGSX I've been following some of your posts because your car is pretty similar and i love your results. Yep I'm inspired by yours and others with similar setups.

I've learned quite a bit over the yrs from this forum so now it's time to put all I learned to use.

As everything comes together I will post more pics.

great setup my only recommendation will be to swap those cams for something more aggressive like gsc s2, fp4, kelfords ect ect as it will make the power you want a lot easier ;)

Im definitely considering it b4 I put the head on the block. I just don't know much about these other cams or which ones to get. Don't necessarily want anything that would make the car sound too choppy at idle but if that's a sacrifice I'll have to make,I'd probably consider it.:thumb:
As long as there is no lower rpm loss, good midrange and descent pull upstairs I will be interested.

Any pictures of the merge collector?

I'm going to give Micheal a call on Monday about doing something like this for my VR-4. I ended up with this thing after selling my EVO and I'm very excited about getting out on the track with it. I was just too afraid to cut up the Evo for a cage. If you could PM me a rough estimate on what this is costing that would be awesome, just so I'm not totally shocked when I talk to him. LOL

The 8875 is one bad snail. I'd be much more interested in one of the new EFR turbos they offer though. Like the 8374. They have some very promising technology. I'm assuming you've seen the Sierra Sierra Evo dyno's?

Sure I will pm you. Send me a link about the Sierra Evo as well.

Yes I know about the EFR turbo's and the price of it and all it's features from what I understand would have came out to the same price as me purchasing my turbo, building my mani and buying two tial wastegates all combined. Plus the EFR turb has a nice ballbearing feature however the turbo is pretty long compared to a normal BW so fitment will be a challenge. So as I backtrack the new EFR tiurbo probably would have been the way to go if there's no fitment issue, but I guess I was so pumped up about going this route I said the heck with it.

You apparently save money on buying a BOV and you don't have to buy two wastegates if I understand right. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The only question I would have is the building of the manifold which I never asked Geoff nor Rafi at all about. However Mike at ETS was willing to build me a mani as Fullrace was not interested which was ok. But I bought this BW from Fullrace.

Both companies build great mani's and I'm glad Mike took on the job.

More pics of finished product. They are now waiting for the final balance which I am going to send this week. This features ETS's newer more efficient 4 inch intercooler core as well. The two skinnier stainless pipes are the two wastegate dump tubes. Just gotta pick up two vband 38mm Tial wastegates.

Why not go with a top mount manifold seems like you'd have more room. Looks great though!
Thanks. I asked them about which would be better because I was interested in the top mount but ETS recommended this. We'll see how it all works.

I still gotta get FIC inj(thinking about FIC 2150's),felpro HG,L19 head studs, Southbend clutch ,downpipe made, then tuning.

Good luck with the transmission! This thing's a killer
