Slipping the clutch out to 4000RPM isn't helping the clutch, it's killing it. Dumping the clutch is bad for the transmission, not the clutch. Are the flywheel and pressure plate mating surfaces blue? Some good high res pictures of this will help alot.

Do you have any other modification to the driveline? Did you happen to shim the pivot ball on the transmission? What is the condition of the release bearing fork and bearing?

Edit: re-read your post, it seems like you meant you were reving to 4200 on launch and slipping it. This isn't that bad, reading at first looks like you meant you were slipping out the clutch untill 4200 when taking off from a stop. That wouldn't have been good ;)

YEAH SRRY... revving to 4200 and slipping the clutch out.. the shim question i dont even know about it so im gonna say kno since ive.been the only one adding things on it so i kno everything thats been done.... and theres no other driveline upgrades.... and yes there are a couple of blue spots on the pressure plate but the ones on the flywheel arent as blueish but def have a blue tint to them... fork and bearing are still good the fork and bearing were new when the clutch kit was installed and they still look new :hmm::idontknow:

Blue is heat. Alot of heat. If you don't think that you have abused it, and assuming it was installed correctly, the only other thing I could think of is improper adjustment on the hydraulic system? How did it shift when it was in the vehicle? Are your clutch master and slave working properly? How old are they? Was engagement easy, especially in 1st gear? If your saying the pressure plate has cracks I'd consider tossing it, and if you need to get it back on the road quick and for cheap, consider even putting a stock clutch back in it temporarily.

this is what i have come up with so far and i thank you for replying to this....so i looked into it further and the actual clutch disk the pressure plate side is wore down almost double more than the flywheel side if that makes any sense.... the master and the slave both i replaced like 4 months ago and i followed the video guides to the tee.... the car shifts fine all gears but i did notice even from when i ran down the track the first time and that was with the old master and slave that i can only run once and i had to let it cool down cause if i tried to run again one after the other i would lose clutch like the pedal would come back and everything but i would always miss 3rd and like it was hard to get it into gear but after a few mins of cooling down the thing shifted like a champ... thats y i initially decided to buy new master and slave cause alot of people would say it was my slave.... but thinkin back i never loss pedal only clutch u get what im trying to say......:thumb: even the guy who installed it had said the same so i figured that would fix it and it didnt so now im thinkin that all along the plate was faulty but i never pressed the issue i left it alone and by the way it looks the flywheel is barely even marked up im gonna try to post up pictures this weekend but my other problem is i can't seem to get my axle out of the spindle ....ive heated, hit it so hard the threads have mushroomed on it so i need a new one no big deal but i cant get it out of the spindle any ideas...:hmm:
