Hey guys so I need to pull my a/t because i looked and the flexplate is broken, and I think my torque converter might be dead too, not sure though. But I definitely need to drop the trans, but I am pretty intimidated by a job like this because I have never done it before on a DSM. So I wanted to post here and see if anyone would be willing to help me out, I would be willing to pay for some help because I know it is a big job. So yeah just post here or PM if you are interested in making some money helping out a new DSM'er fix his car, thanks a lot.

Contact Mike (boostedinaz), you will not be dissapointed :thumb:

I could possibly do this but I would have to find out more details. Time is really my issue. I am currently studying for my Series 7 and don't have much time during the week to work on it.

I'll PM you my number to see what we might be able to do.

Uh oh, Series 7? Hard huh? That reminds me of that movie Boiler Room, one of my favorites!:hellyeah:

I asked him if he wanted me to pull it, pending if he wants to either not have me do it or something comes up, I will probably be pulling it as of Tuesday. If that flexplate shit the bed and is severed on all legs per his picture he sent, that will obviously be the main issue, but I'd hate to find out its a burned up front pump or something else. I will attempt to diagnose the problem as soon as it's here, and hopefully R&Ring the trans and replacing the plate and maybe hardware is all it needs. I'm free for the next few weeks so I can take it as priority after Greg's car is done this weekend.
