My GF has a BB Torch now, she upgraded from her Pearl. She likes it but she's a business professional that carries two cells all the time (personal and company) so she loves the BB's.

All providers will have 4g, but nobody is actually 4g right now. Data speeds advertised are theoretical.

You know what I actually used to think the same thing, I pretty much thought that all this 4G stuff was crap to get customers hyped and that 3g speeds were virtually the same. I never used to worry about since where I live has ZERO 4G signal/service but for some reason whenever I'm on the east side of the county, especially by the beach there is always very good 4G signal and the difference in speed is VERY noticeable (strong emphasis on the word "very"). I mean I can download songs, videos, movies and pretty much do anything on the phone and the speeds are even faster than when I'm on WIFI at home, I mean a lot faster. When I'm at the beach on the weekends my phone is alot faster and I'm rooted, overclocked etc.

I have a HTC Thunderbolt (not released yet) and a bb bold but then again i manage a verizon store so i have everything verizon wireless carries

Does the bb bold have a prepaid plan of unlimited on everything starting at 25 a month. through verizon or virgin

Pretty sure that is gunna be Virgin Mobile.... Verizon Wireless wouldnt offer a plan under 29.99 even if they were funded by the goverment and Bill Gates gave them all his money...

I have the casio brigade by verizon. Its a rugged phone. I can take it anywhere.....in the shower, in the pool, accidental drop in the toilet. I had a season pass to sixflags & hurricane harbor this past summer. I bring my phone in the wave pool and ppl think I'm crazy ! Literally like 15-20 ppl come up to me in the wave pool and ask me what kind of phone that is. I belive its waterproof for up to 10ft. It also has the flash that I can use as a flash light. Its good when I'm working on my car at night or when an "emergency" comes up and I have to pull over and inspect/fix the car. Great phone.

I have the captivate running Firefly 2.4 love this phone overclocked to 1.2 GHz

I had a Nextel i830 for 5 years or so but a few months ago I upgraded to a Driod 2 with Verizon. I like it.

POS Samsung Fascinate waiting on the HTC Thunderbolt woot woot!!
