Hey all, i have a 97 gsx with a big 16g and all the supporting mods and an apexi afc neo. I was looking into getting the brian crower 272 cams and spring set and putting new supertech valves in it (basically re-doing the head). I was told if i redo the head with bigger cams ill have to get dsmlink to tune for it. is this true or can i just build the head and tune with my afc until i get dsmlink? any information would be great! Thanks

To my knowledge you will be fine with your AFC. There is nothing that link can control that would have to be changed due to a cam swap.

thank you. someone told me i would have to tune for knock. im no mechanic, but that doesnt sound right to me. thanks for the info all!
