I might be able to help. I saw this 95 GSX on craigslist and since you're from Puyallup this must be it? You might have overpaid a little but so did I when I got mine. I really was looking for a black 97-99 2G for weekend warrior status, so I was okay with paying the 7.5K for mine. Your money and you're happy with the purchase then that's what matters. BTW, everything about it looks really clean from the pics.

Ya I want ether but it grew on me, iv seen when people paint those pieces red and I think for my own taiste I don't like it, but there white seems ok

I hate white interior with a passion, but as long as you like it good for you.

I also agree you paid too much, bought a 98 GSX near mint with 112k and bone stock minus a weld on muffler for $1000. Just needed a clutch.

WHy do you care to throw it in someones face about what they paid?

As long as your happy thats all that matters. The price is a little steep, but not all that bad. A car that needs work is usually always worth quite a bit less than a car that doesn't, so its whatever. Plus in this day in age if i was looking for a nice one I'd probably rather get one from the dealership more times than not than some of these clowns that own them now days. Alot of people overpay for these cars anyway. I've seen guys drop 8k on a 2gb GSX and I could find the same car with close to the same mileage, same mods for way less money . Sometimes you have to work with what you got. Nice ones don't come around often, and sometimes you just gotta pull the trigger. I probably overpaid for my old GS-T in my avatar, but you would be hard pressed to find a DSM nicer than that one.

Nice find. A little pricey. But I'd put the stock peices back on just to keep it all clean.

The white needs to go but other than that it looks good. I dont see why people dont get that black goes with red soo much batter than white.

I totally agree, any ways guys, I just want to know what you think of the car, not what I paid,

I like it. Do prefer black over white though The car looks like it is in great shape. For a 95 with just over 60k on the pedometer...hell it has less miles than my 07 335i.

Are you doing what I did when I got my GSX yet? I would go look at it out my window for like 15 minutes at a time just to make sure it was real.

I paid 7 for mine 2 and a half years ago, from the original owner that took good care of it he was 57, it was totally stock with 85k miles.

Looks like a pretty decent car, it baffles me why someone would put adj cam gears on a stock cam car.

Its hard for me to believe it is a 63k mile car... It has been repainted and WTH is up with that gas cap. The side skirts don't have the gray/red two tone and for that much rice its hard for me to believe it. Do you have a carfax on it or something similar?

A performance enthusiast might put adjustable cam gears on a stock cam car to move the torque curve up for more peak power or down for better around town driving.

Well yeah; but whoever put on that gas cap just likes the look of those pretty cam gears. They seem to be installed straight up.

Overall it's a clean looking car ready for some serious driving pleasure.
