Any chance on a top-mount TS T3, single WG? I'm building a Starion and want one.

Love this manifold I am on a hunt for a divided manifold for my Holset setup. If they would sell for $650 even 700 they would sell like Hot Cakes a Top Mount would be nice also.

There, and there.
They have no idea what they're talking about.

I would pick up a divided T4 "Bottom Mount" manifold from Jake in a heart beat.

Only problem is Jim at JMF has already given me a savory discount when buying both a Curt Brown Spec 2g Drag SMIM, which ships out this Friday, and a Divided T4 Bottom Mount Manifold at the same time.
He will need my EFR7670 to build the manifold and 3" v-band O2 eliminator downpipe.

One thing to note if he makes them again a couple guys with the 38mm flanged manifolds had clearance problems with big tubros like gt42 S374 ect. I don't know where top mounts came up but Jake's hot seller were these bottom mount t4 divided manifolds. His top mount manifold he sold was just about the same as JMF's in price and quality so if your holding your breath for him to make one I would just hit up JMF instead. Not that Jake didn't make badass manifolds just on GP but if he made manifolds again chances are it would just be these as he would pretty much have to work like a elf to keep up with demand.

I think alot a manifolds with big turbo setups give some form of problem, including clearance issues. I believe that jake gave instrustions. In those instrustions, I believe that he states that this manifold would not be for everyone.

There, and there.

Thats cool. If for some reason tht manifold doesnt work for you, let me know. I will see if you can help you out.

You guys realize this is a top mount manifold?

Those shouldn't be needed for a TS T3 Holset.
Those top mount manifolds were originally designed to run GT42R's on DSM's back in the day.

Strm Trpr,

I'm looking for a T3 top mount manifold with one wastegate flange for my 4G64 Starion. You linked a T4 with dual wastegate flanges, which won't even fit my turbo. Being that its a Starion, I would like the top mount as opposed to a bottom mount because I like the turbo orientation and clearance better. Check out the single turbo Supras or even a single turbo RX-7, they usually go the same route.

Plus the JMF is $1200+......no way.

I would love to see Jake start making manifolds again. He build the turbo setup on my 3G and it's held strong for 4 years now, and counting.

What a beautiful peice of art these manifolds are. I would buy one in a heart beat. Its good to see another option out there. Seems as though people think there's only a few quality vendors to choose from and thats it. All you have to do is slap this on someone like CB, JB, ect. and it would be all over. Demand for these would go through the roof. Advertisments and endorsements play a big part in what sells big in the DSM world. IMO smaller custom shops put there hearts into what they fabricate. Some of the best work I have ever observed has come out of shops you would never know exsisted.

I hang a s372 off my JH manifold, great piece. I got it used, and I've used it for 1 season. Clearance is very good with a 9" compressor housing.

Clears a full rad, great manifold.

That will most likely be a custom piece considering the single wastegate setup and positioning the turbo for a RWD set up.

His t3 top mount did not have a wastegate flange on it. He left it up to the customer to decide. i am sure that he could fab that upon request.

So, what's Jake been up to lately? I haven't heard from him in a while...

I loved the manifold that he built for me. I had zero complaints.
Here's another installed pic:

Anything on this? Got everyone hyped up then this thread just died.

I'm wanting a top mount TS for my Starion like

Here are some pics simalar to what we would need. This is not TS but it shows the design limits that we face. We have a lot more room but the tilt and angle of the turbo mounting plate is critical. Overall we have a lot more room though.

Good afternoon fellow dsmer's. I have some great news with regards to the return of JHRacing. I spoke with him about a week ago. He said that he is in the final stages of getting the company underway. I, myself will he handling the sales, advertising, and customer service of the company.

We are excited to announce that JHRacing will be offerinng wide varity of new products. We are currently not in the position to take mass orders. But, we are now taking some orders.

If you are interested in the manifolds at this time, you are able to contact me with your order. At this time, there will be a turn around time of 4 to 6 weeks.
Each order will get an update on its status.

If you have any questions, you post them in this thread, or pm me. You can send questions and orders to my email also.

Any idea on price and any chance on a deposit to get one started?

Any idea on price and any chance on a deposit to get one started?

We are currently working on trying to keep the prices as low as possible. We understand that everyone can not afford to spend large sums of money. The manifolds will be of the same quality as the original manifolds.

I will say that the manifolds wont be more than the original price of $800.

Not sure how you all feel about this, but I know when I had time and was doing my own thing I would let people make payments and would sell the part once fully paid.

This did a few things:
1. Provided a LOT more customers because it seems that people have trouble saving $600-$1,000 but they can come up with payments fairly easily.
2. Once they start paying they will eventually buy it so they don't lose their money.
3. Since they were making payments you had a very good idea what exactly you had coming up and time to finish them.
