Ok so i'm asking this due to the fact that I'm considering turboing my RS Eclipse. I Have a GSX and I have my rs aswell and I wanna be different and have one of each. :sneaky:Any ways I have the Turbo Kit picked out it this one:Hahn Racecraft - Automotive Turbosystems:D

What I wanna Know is how hard is it to put it into an RS since there is no fuel return line and any other personal accounts of using this kit.

Any type of insight will be greatly appreciated!:thumb:
thanks!

honestly its best to at least keep a somewhat reliable DD instead of having to broken DSMs LOL

its up to you bro.. if you have the bank to do it and be different then go ahead..

good luck just study alot

I have a 2000 maxima as my daily now so im open to do whatever to it! Just a lil nervous on doing it and need some insight before i start it.

If you buy the kit from Hahn and your car has had the maintenance done on it and is in good condition, I say go for it. The kit from Hahn is a tested kit. It is perfectly safe on a good running car and AZDave has had one on his for several years now. I say go for it. It will still be reliable and a fun car to drive. If you want to build it on the other hand....well its getting easier than it used to be but its not as easy to make power with it as the 4g. :shrug Its just my opinion. If you don't car if its streetable or not I say go na and do a stupid high compression motor....

I've always wanted to do it i'm just nervous about needing a return fuel line for the tank. Right now it doesn't have one. Also this tax Season im replacing the motor in it with a lower milege one and replacing the timing belt and gaskets so i don't see a problem with that.

I wouldn't. It would cost a lot more than it is worth to boost that thing. You are better off selling and getting a factory turbocharged one.

Weird... I don't no. My answer is Not to turbo the RS :)

Do all the maintenance on the RS, and make it a nice DD. (I know you already have the Nissan but w.e)

Than mod. your GSX with the extra cash. I don't see why you'd "need/want one of each", kinda overkill.

+1 :thumb:

Why don't you just make your GSX a beast instead of worrying about another eclipse? Yeah, you have another DD but who cares... Not worth the time and effort when you can just make your GSX alot better than it already is.

Tons of people have used this kit; search the forums to find accounts of their experiences.

As for "should I turbo it or not," we try to refrain from asking anything other than technical questions in the technical forums.
