Alright so I'm trying to decide on keeping my 2.4l spyder. It's completely stock under the hood. 2gb conversion. Good paint (2 summers). Lowered on eibach springs with adjustable coilovers. It's 5 speed and has 140k miles. No rust and hasn't seen a winter 100% sure about the last 8 years. The only real negative thing about the thing is it has rebuilt title. Insurance wrote it off but that turned out to be because of theft, not repairs. It's been in Canada for 6 years and I have a printed car fax.

Now I'm considering selling it because

1) unemployed
2) want an awd or truck. (evo,Gsx,sti only)
3) know I can get more for it in NB Canada then I would of in Toronto because it is the only running spyder in the hole province right now and only one of maybe ten eclipses.
4) any cash would help me at this point. (I won't be telling potential buys that, I'm not rushing a sale)

What would be fair to sell it for in your opinions?

One mis matched wheel. The one on it was my spare in the trunk(I didn't want a crappy spare since I had that wheel laying around)

Haha ya that wheel is dumb. I love the stock wheels. I was thinking 3500$ to. That's what I paid. Well me and the gf paid 1750 each. What's kbb and nada

Oh ya. It's (pointlessly) running act 2600 clutch and 3 inch pipe headers back. Well. Flex pipe

kbb is kelley blue book check it out and see what they value your car at. $3500 isn't a bad price but if you have the only one running why not shoot for $4000 obo.
I don't have a clue what the nada is so if someone else could chime in that would be great because i would like to know too.

I did kbb and it said 4000$ in Bangor. (closest spot to where I live, but since it is Canada I'm thinking I'll put it up for 4200$ or partial trade plus cash. And I'll see what I get offered. I had it up for trade 5 months ago and someone offered me 2000 and a 2004 corolla type s but I wasn't looking into actually trading it back then. But priorities changed :(

Isn't this the car you swore crankwalked?

Nah man. I questioned cw and how I would check to make sure it wasn't. It was just the crank pulley being worn out

Wow, that same car books at $2500 (USD) where I live, and that's with 4 matching wheels! It's amazing how much difference a zip code makes.

I did the dealership price, and the private sale. Lol dealer is 4000. Private was like 3000 or 3500. 3500 is the lowest I will go but I'll try for more since it's so rare here LOL. I can get a matching wheel for 30$ at a junk yard

Then you should get that matching wheel, it will increase the resale value (to the book value, not above it, nothing you can do will make the resale value HIGHER than book value unless you find the one other person in the world that wanted the exact same thing you did), especially to your average Joe that doesn't know much about cars but wants a convertible. And don't try to get the retail value, you'll just get laughed at, private party is what you use.

ill but one of those 5 spokes off of you

Lol I have three out of the four on the car:p theyre not being sold individual LOL sorry. But I can give you a number to a junkyard with the those wheels her in new Brunswick

Lol maybe. But 4000 doesn't sound like alot for any running Dsm around. They're very scarce and very loved. Lol after the green one in fast and furious, and the purple spyder in 2fast 2furious people seem to think they're Mercedes and beamers. (rare and expensive). Lol we just got our first Mitsubishi dealership last year.
