Since there is nobody in Savannah, ga who is actually active on this forum i figure ill shoot 2 hours south and see if anyone has any meets going on. or what not..
 
I know there is a pretty big tuner croud that runs around town here in Jacksonville, but not sure when or where they meet (I just know they do). I wouldn't mind getting together with some fellow DSM'rs and do meet and drive...
 
Im actually down in JAX right now for a couple of weeks im down for some meeting up.. my car didnt like the drive here from savannah... air intake temps hit 119* i was like WTF!!
 
Thats weird because its pretty cool here right now. Yesterday was like 58, but it was windy as all... Drive down from Savannah isn't bad I have done that a couple times!
 
Everyone goes out saturday nights. They meet at the sonic on beach blvd (the one farther from the beach). and after that alot of people go out argyl forest in the home depot parking lot. I think everyone goes out around 9
 
noob to the site but been around a while. just got my gs-t. im from savanah but have family in jax so im here almost every weekend. would be nice to see more peeps in savannah.

my bud tells me to make the drive to hinesville from savannah, but im having a hard time believing him.

Bro i live in savannah, im just down working in JAX for a little bit

there is another guy who added me who has a boosted 420a and another guy with a gst in Hilton head island


On a side note... Is there anyone right now in JAX that can help me with 2 things. i need to run a boost leak test ASAP! and i need help with setting timing, i think it may have an issue my damn evoscan says im like 30* advanced im like WTF.. but im still new to the logging stuff and u understanding what the hell im reading
 
I can do a boost leak test anytime. As far as the timing issue that isn't something I am real familiar with either. Do you have different gears on? If you are that far out of timing I don't think the car would be running.

Im up in savannah at the moment, i have drill this weekend but i will be back down on monday for the next 2 weeks. i need to find an ACE hardware so i can do the camber correction to my back wheels

and now i find out that im boost creeping like hell even connected to my damn WG LOL 20 psi FTL!
 
Whats all been going wrong? What parts have you installed recently? Sometimes missing a step somewhere can really throw a monkey wrench. Also what are you using for data logging, and do you have a wideband? Things are pretty cruicial before making the power.
 
i fixed most the boost leaks! but might already be to late for the engine i hear knocking , cant tell here its coming from but i hear it .. ..we will have to get up soon.. i just work so damn much i sleep most of the time that i have off LOL, lame eh LOL

yeah i have the wide band installed it shows perfect numbers except my super rich at boost but at least now since i fixed all the leaks i dont hit fuel cut LOL, also using evo scan and i haven't really put anything new on the car.. did the TB gaskets and a new OEM FPR, she runs so well just the damn ticking blah.. and oh yeah lets not forget that god awful camber problem.. ill be ordering some camber correction stuff sometime this week

and on top of that im getting a stupid EVAP cel and after doing some reading on here im thinking maybe the 2nd evap solenoid is taking a crap
