IF it just got on the maf, the just wipe it off.

If it is in the maf the try blowing some air threw it and then let it sit and dry. And you can use the maf cleaner.

Its fine.

Hell my 93 with the gm maf got soaked one day it was raining hard to the point the car wouldn't run. I took it off and blew it out with my compressor and all was fine. Stupid rain leaking through the headlight and around the hood.

wipe it off and give it a dry out day in the sun and it should be fine!

Definitely give the maf cleaner a shot. Has always worked for me. I think crc makes it.
