Ok so I'm getting a stock 6 bolt sent to me and wanna build it to let's say 400+HP iv been doing a lot of research and figured the stroker kit is the way to go but not so sure what else I should do I'm not the richest guy so I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible so any advise will help a lot thanks!

Well being on the budget build is hard to make that 400 + horse. But to be safe you will want to build your motor. dsm graveyard has some good deal's on piston-rod set-ups and of course arp your whole motor, you are gonna want to get cam's how aggresive is upto you as far as what will you use the car for street sometimes strip or an all out race car. I seen good comments about the 272's and they make good numbers. While you have your head off mine as well get it ported. Gonna def. need a f.m.i.c punishment racing has good deals on those and a great set-up for the 2nd gen. shell. Gonna need a 255 pump, a.f.p.r, and injectors what size is gonna depend on what turbo you run this is where your power is gonna come in when you boost the hell out if it, but T-3/T-4 has to be in the picture Forced Performance has some smokin deals right now on turbos. I read alot that the gm maf and maf translator are good for upto 750cc with a safc II then it's just a pain in the ass and with as much money as you spend on that set-up save some head aches and go with link, Just assuming you've never done a tune of course, Have to get a wideband and all your gauges to monitor your motor. and just play with settings. clutch and flywheel is gonna be a minimum on your tranny upgrade your shifter bushings with metal. Then just make sure you do all the regular main. and chnage your fluids religiously, but dont be mad when your drivetrain components break it all part of the game. hope i helped out a little just an idea and your looking at more than 5g's in parts easy, dont ebay your car buy the quality parts and do it right the first time.

If the 6 bolt is in good shape. As in if it compression tests fine. Then it can handle that horsepower with no modification.
