I believe the greddy type- s just bolts right up to the stock flange and still lets you recirculate, but if the stock blow off valve was to be crushed or dodge garage modded than it should be plenty for around 20psi. There are a few threads on here about them if you need more info on it.

One of the best BOV's out there for the buck, I'd suggest the Tial Q.

However the NGR Type S (same as a greddy type s) will fit fine on a 1g flange, you'll have to drill new holes but you won't need a new flange. NGR's type S is also pretty cheap still, and it isn't so much a knockoff either - it's actually a redesigned type s with stronger internals that are much better than the Greddy Type S.

You can pick it up for only 139.99

I'm waiting on mine to get here as we speak :)
I was going to go with either a Tial or a HKS but decided for the money, this would be a better deal for me for now :)

Well im still shocked how this uncrushed 1g bov is holding up because im still boostin 19-20psi with no leaks but still soon im gonna up that so i rather upgrade.

what about forged motorsport bov?

Tial QR is a recirculated BOV, I would of used it for my 2g but I already have a HKS flange on my intercooler piping.

Also you could get a AFPR and a wideband.

The filled motor mounts is probably contributing to the vibrations your having.

MY car and four of my other friends cars have the balance shafts removed and they dont vibrate at all. Did you install and types of solid mounts and have you checked your mounts? If they are real bad then it would vibrate. As for the comment on the 1g bov. I run 25 lbs out of mine crushed and i have not had any issue an i daily this car 50 miles round trip to school an back. On Dejonpowerhouse.com they have a dsm bypass valve for the 1g bov to allow you to run more boost.

Your mods list is good. The question is are you happy with your mods and your car or do you want more?

thats what i was thinking.

The motor dont shake at all my car vibrates inside only i feel it in the steering wheel and u can see the drivers side mirror vibrating to also the rearview mirror.

As for possible updates I would suggest,
-Routine Maintenance, if it hasnt been done in a while.
You know check fluids, replace any worn rubber parts, Clean Air Filter, etc
-Hard Intake Pipe
-Weight Reduction

ok now tell me does this sound right to you guys?

my vacuum gauge reads 20 when in park and 18 when i put in drive

my rpms are 1200 in park and like 825 in drive this seems a lil high but the chip is setup for 825 but i havent got the full details for the chip yet but i will soon.

well my front and rear engine mounts are filled. my 1g bov is uncrushed but still holding 20lbs of boost so im gonna stick with it and i love how it sounds :)....

as for the mod list im gonna add a turbo timer, aem wideband, hard intake pipe and maybe go with a walbro 255 but people say the 190 is real good for my setup so i dunno?

also was wondering what size intake pipe do i need and couplers 3"? i wanted to buy this one will it just go right on=http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=21592&cat=259&page=1&veh=1G%20DSM

yeah i drive a auto awd too but as far as vaccum thats how mine reads, but you need to redo your idle my idle is 750 in park and about 725 in drive, but what i would say you need to get next is some cams some 264's or 264/272 combo would open up your car cause auto's have the worse cams ment for low end tourqe for better daily driving and have crap topend, even if your car feels nice up top its really not when i swapped to manual cams my car felt alot better now im gonna get some delta regrinds since they are 15 mins from me,

and yes crush your bov or get a new one, if your boosting that high i would get a cold range spark plug also

My chip is set at 850rpms but when in drive and now that its so damn cold out my idle when fully warmed up and driven is like 900 and when in park it idles 1270-1300 with the fan off. I think it is a lil high for automatic but i plan on getting dsmlink soon so i aint gonna bother with it now. I noticed in summer time my idle is lower then in winter time is that normal?

My vacuum is 20 in park and 16-18 in drive.

I think ngk bpr7es plugs .028 is good for 22-24psi no?

Vac readings are good. Should always drop just a tidbit from park to drive.

That's a solid list. I'd get the tb ported to 63mm to match the intercooler piping and have the UM matched to the tb. Then maybe a longblock...

AFRs are good I go for 11 to 11.8. Just saying when you get the bug for more power a 255 and a FPR can go a long way. Bring the pressure up and make the
680s act like720s

What kind of boost are you seeing on the footbrake? All so, what does IPT get to restall the converter?

You need to adjust your biss screw my car idles the same no matter how old it is when its fully warmed up mine drops a little in gear, only time my car idles at 1200 is when its cold and trying to warm up. Also idle could be a vac leak, but your idle should be 750 from what the hood says, and as far as gap at long as your not cutting out or knocking your fine I always go a little smaller with high boost

Yea its wierd like today it was in the single digits and negatives and when i cold started it up it idled at like 1250 for less then a minute and drop to like 1000 as it warmed up. But then after it was warmed up and i went driving around for a bit and i put it in park it idles at almost 1300 and then in drive like 900-950. If it was like summer it will idle less its not a vacuum leak cause my vacuum lines are eliminated and so is my emissions the only vacuum lines i have are for my mbc and stock fpr lines and they are new to so i dunno? My chip is set to 850rpms but its for a manual but its for the mods i have.
