Grammar please. It will help all of us answer your questions.
And it could possibly need a new timing belt. Any old belt will start to look worn. Just like any other belt.

thank boosted4g63 i never thought of that and mindset i did it and i no it was oput on right

Also with the leak near the filter, are you sure it isn't the oring on the filter. It's possible that it's just not sealing quite right.

i dont think its the oil filter i didnt double gasket it or anything i think its comeing from some sort of plug in the oi filter houseing but w.e it is it leaks bad theres oil everywere and now i dnt want to even drive not to metion its a new motor with only 178 miles on it wth

Well when I rebuilt my engine I though it would leak anymore. I remember I started it up and it leaked. I was pissed. It ended up being the camshaft seals that leaked a TON.

well i know on the 90 engine the oil filter housing faces forward and when i had a 90 it leaked from the gasket when took it off for a rebuild just check the oil cooler lines if its not the gasket, also my buddy got a brand new build engine and had the balance shafts removed and the oil pressure was really high and blew the front crank shaft seal just a though,

also with the timing belt mine rubbed on the upper timing cover cause it was not out on right when i got it, check out the inside of the cover for rub marks
