Ok all you E85 users, i have some questions. I have a single walbro 255 hp pump with -6an feed with stock return, 1000cc injectors. Will this support 500-600hp? I am thinking i might need bigger injectors and maybe i should replace the return to get rid of the 2 rubber lines out of the afpr and right at the tank. I figure the single walbro should do 500 but might need a second to hit the 600 mark. What kind of orings are you putting on your injectors and what about fuel basket?

It is possible to crack 500 with those mods, but not a good idea at all. Another pump, and some larger injectors would be enough fuel, and not break the bank like a melted piston.

What size injectors you think would be good, would bluemax 1250 do it or you thinking bigger

The bigger the better. I run 1000cc injectors and I am running them to 100%IDC on e85. I havnt dynoed it yet but I should be sitting somewhere between 450 500whp. Something I have learned is when you upgrade, go alot bigger because the power bug always hits you.LOL I would go at minimum 1450's.

How many pumps are you running?

PTE billet 5857. Will the -6 feed and stock return be ok for this?

If I can remember the name correctly, 2gDSM is running one walbro 255 and made 660. As long as you don't push your pump too much and your IDC isn't too high, anythings possible. It's alot more in depth but that's the easiest way. but I'm a noob. someone can elaborate.

1 pump... walbro 255 rewired.

What are you doing for a return and how big is your feed?

Its possible with one, but I would be safe and throw in 2. They are cheap. I used this guy with some fuel line in the tank, then clamped the two walbro's together.

I made 494 on a mustang dyno with 106% DC on PTE 1200's and E85. I'm wishing I had bought a bare minimum of 1600's.

I probably will do the dual pumps just for good measure and some FIC Blue Max 1550's.
