today was a good day i found a 1991 tsi awd on cragslist close to my house the ad said 650$ or best offer, bad clutch, so i drove out took a look and wow its so sweat. its got agx kybs, full 3inch exhaust. a new turbo, nice 17inch rimes. and 140k on the clock. ples it looks so clean inside and out. Ok the best part i got it $500. and its just the clutch slave hahahaha. just had to share that with all:thumb:

ok so after lots of vacuuming, and fighting with the vacuuming about what parts i dont want to suck up, i have the inside clean, and all the parts are there and it great every thing is there like it was when it was first born. and hear are some pics its not clean out side but tell me what you think..

and tell me what you think, i have in the box still, a new clutch slave but im not sure if i should take it back or try it, ok so when i start the car i cant put it in gear, but if i turn it off put it in gear i can take off. but some times it wants to move when i start it even with the clutch pushed to the floor?? it isnt easy to shift i have to really get the rpms perfect, i think its my slave what do you think.??

Does the pedal get stuck to the floor? One thing for sure is that your clutch isn't disengaging, either the rod is out of adjustment, the maser cylinder, the slave, fork, TOB or PP....I would change the slave, master and do the adjustmet since its the easiest/cheapest.

i looked at the clutch slave and its pushing the fork all the way, and no sticking, it comes back up off the floor, but it makes a nose kinda scweeaking, from the tranny like the TOB is making nose, and the car shakes really bad when i push the clutch in, or let it up, like its out of balance,

Yea thats a sick car bro. purple and everything haha. i wanna find some fog lights still

TheronBorslien you should fix your car 1st get that bad girl home.

this is what i found when i took my tranny out

yeah thats a problem
resurface flywheel, replace pilot and tob, and get a new clutch kit and you are set.

Yes I have all the new parts to put in. Just need the shop o open so I can resurface the fly wheel
