Not really pissed to day just scrating my head at the fact that its so hard to find a job because of my record, yet " Society " says get a job be a productive member of society etc. etc. How the hell does "Society" expect people that are trying to get back on the good the foot to do that if they don't want to give us us a chance of employment?

Without having to settle for a job at a burger joint? Ima grown ass man, I wont flip burgers with a papaer crown on my head!! ! I have to many skills to bow down like that.

Oh well gusess Ill just have to start my own business.

It does kinda of piss me off when I start to think of it.

Oh man... Leavenworth! That sucks... That's just up the street from me. That jail sits off of Hwy 7 which has a nice stretch of windy, curvy road! I frequently take my car through the twisties there and I always see inmates in the yard looking out at the road. I often think to myself that they put the jail there on purpose so that the inmates had to look at all the sports cars and bikes running through there all the time enjoying their freedoms which have been temporarily revoked from them.

Glad you made it out. Now just don't #### up again. Working in loss prevention, I find a lot of repeat offenders get caught doing something stupid like stealing a package of stafford white T shirts. Most of the time they are out on probation, have a warrant, or are just habitual offenders. Sucks they go back to jail for a $20 item.

What has me pissed today is the Fed keeps printing and printing money, the dollar gets worth less, everything is going up in price, and people (the middle class) aren't making any more money.

You are only adding to the added unemployment rate by being unwilling to take a lesser job than you feel you are "entitled" to.
Instead of sitting around complaining about it, go get that job flipping burgers and contribute to society. Maybe after a while you'll be able to get a different job.
Having a bad record makes it tough to get a job, it's a well known fact, but only you are responsible for that.

My build had to take a protype car to Chicago yeaterday for work.
Of course there driving a P.O.S. truck hauling a million dollar car and the road sucked bad.
He was none to happy by the time they got there.

Kind sir^^ I take full responsability for all my actions and do not feel Im entitled to noting but a fair chance to get a job Im qulified for.

I do jobs at my garage to make ends meet, Im not a do nothing at all type of guy that complains and does nothing.

My P.O asked me why dont I go flip burgers. I asked him if he would go flip burgers if he lost his job... His response was "HELL" no he is worth more than that wtih the skills he has!!

So if a Federal P.O can carry that attitude so can I.

From what I understand paint quality has gotten worse because of the EPA banning chemicals.

PPG and Omni have been the same quality since I began working here in 1999; if anything, color match in the Omni line has gotten even better.

Perhaps in states like California where the EPA is up the asshole of every shop the paint quality has gone downhill, but most of the areas of dense population have changed to water-based basecoat colors. In fact, automakers like Chrysler have been using water-based basecoats since the late '90s...which is why it is often difficult to match a solvent-based repair to the factory's water-based paint.

Something else that makes me nuts....anything made by Apple, and the general consensus population that follows their products. When will Apple overtake PC-based products? When Apple designs something that people actually NEED, and sells it at a reasonable price.

iPad's selling for more than most PC-based laptops = FAIL.

Trust me bro, it's not just because of your record. It's a tough time to find a job right now. Let alone if you have convictions. Hang in there.

I could understand when Apple was using hardware that wasn't mainstream, but now they use Intel hardware. The only special thing is that Apple mobos have been UEFI for quite a while. I think they are stupid because they say if you own an Apple that you can't run Windows on it or you are breaking the law, and that Mac software can only be run on a Mac legally (even though you bought it.) What the hell happened to Steve Jobs? I see it as he was never about freedom of choice, he is just a smart businessman, not honest at all, compared to Woz who is actually smart but believes in freedom. If you think about it, it's business smart to make hardware and software that are restricted to each other, and to make faster models constantly, and software that needs to be updated to even function in the real world that requires the newest hardware to run. I own an iPhone but I will never own any other Apple piece of hardware. Even Intel made power-up cards that you could buy that unlocked higher clock speeds in certain value CPUs.

If I had a criminal record and I needed a job I would look into crime as a job... Especially in times like these when society is about to collapse.

I'm pissed because i took my thermostat housing off today to find that my thermostat was snapped completely. I'm also pissed that yesterday I found what sounded like a collapsed lifter. when i got out of work and let it warm up i found that it wasn't making the noise anymore. I'm also pissed that because some dick threatened my family because he bought a car that parts cost so high to fix. And i got into trouble because i told him he was being a dick and don't threaten my family. Then once one of the techs at work said he heard the customer talk to me like that i wasn't in trouble anymore. Just like i hate customers who get pissed off at you for a price for a part on there car. Like yea the Register's picking on you because it knows that you just spent your last saved up money for a car that has 200 thousand miles and needs stuff that we told you was wrong. And if you would like us to fix it then it would cost more. Other than that I'm fine.
