Hey guys I have a black 2g and I'm torn on what color wheels to get. I've always only liked the black wheels with a polished outer lip on a black car. Gold seemed ok but then I saw a black integra with gold wheels and a polished outer lip and it actually looked pretty good. It stood out more than the black wheels would obviously but it wasn't too flashy or anything.

So if anybody has the Drag DR9s in gold with the polished lip please post pictures as I have never seen them on a DSM before. Please only post if you have a black car. Also if you have any other gold wheels with a polished lip on a black car feel free to post pics. I know there aren't many of you but I really hope you guys see this .

This is a pic of my old 99 NT. I had a set of Volk LE28N 18x8 rims on it. I was turned onto the black with gold rims when I saw a black Evo with gold rims. Hope you like!

I definitely miss the looks of that car, but do have a 99 GST now. It's black also. Slowly but surely I will figure out what look I wanna go with. For now I'm just tryin to get her runnin good.

Go for the gold on black bro! I have been looking at the same Drag rims, but will probably go with a different color this time.

Wow thanks for posting they do look good! Now the question is will the Drag rims look just as good as some Volks . I won't be getting wheels until I get my car painted which won't be for a while though. Is this the only picture you have of the car?

i had a black 97 gsx with those exact same rims, looked so good. it was on coilovers too, good look!

I agree. But I'm not a fan of the polished lip. I like the whole wheel GOLD

O god I like...Ive got y car primed and ready to paint but I cant decide on a killer black or the candy blue or the like shinny marron color i saw one of our mods rolling around with.

Just a few days ago I threw a set of DR-9's on my car but theyre bronze. I love it!
Be aware that my car is at stock height so it looks like a monster truck -_-

Sits way too high in my opinion though. Needs lowering ASAP!

I don't know about the drag wheels looking as good as the volks haha but in my mind, silver wheels are timeless and never go out of style. It's your car though so if the gold wheels make you happy, throw them on.
