hey

been using xenon-look bulbs in my headlights for a while now

anyone using a xenon-kit on their eclipse ? if so can you recommend a brand ?

im looking at different ones @ ebay but im sceptical when it costs 29$for a complete Xenon kit

Most HID kits are made in China and of sub par quality.
I've used Retro Solutions and they are ok.

The best solution is a projector retrofit. However it costs more.

I bought the $27 shipped ones for my Sentra, they've been great for the last 8 months. No flickering, or anything. The only complaint I have is the fact that they take about 30 sec to go to full brightness.

i have sharphid.com 55watt 12k hids in my 2009 r6 for brights and driving lights they are awesome. very good quality.

SharpHid's as well. I recently bought the 55w 6k bulb and let me tell you, it made a world of a difference in terms of visibility! Also, you can not beat their price.

HID kits are pretty cheap now a days buy the only problem with them is if you put them in your stock head lamps you will be blinding people. I'm not saying there is a right or wrong way of doing things but if you want to run HIDs safely either get cut-offs or retro fit to some quality projectors.

That being said, DDM is the best kits I dealt with.:D

I have only used the SharpHID 35w kit in my 2g oem headlamps. I was extremely surprised how much better the light was compared to my silverstar bulbs I had previously which were a good leap beyond standard bulbs already. HUGE improvement in what I can see.

Another plus for SharpHID. I just install their HID kit and loving it.... So far with the H4 light housing conversion has been great and no blinding the on coming traffic.

What kind of bulb is the foglight and do they have a matching HID kit for that aswell at sharpHID?

Anyone know where you can get a projector retrofit instead of just the bulbs?
