Yea I seen that car on wisconsin craigslist. Lol I'd melt them rear tires off in his driveway if I bought it LOL

That is actually kinda badass! I would love to do that with the parts shell I have!

I bet its a whole lot of fun to drive that thing!!

Now this would be fun with my 400 small-block under the hood & some wheelie-bars out back so I don't pop the car over onto it roof trying to wheely it down the track & what a terror on the street it would be I'm sure.

Theres a guy at our local track that has a v8 RWD 1gb talon... YeeeeHawwww!

Is it yellow with rear mounted twin turbos where the back seats should be?

^^^ That one has raced near Pittsburgh, PA.

Really? All that work to put a v6 with a 3 speed trans.

I guess if the rest of the build was done right and it's a clean car then it would be a good candidate for a better chevy motor or a rwd 4g63 setup. And a better gears of course.

Agreed. There looks to be plenty of room for 2 more cylinders in that engine bay. Not sure why you'd do all that work to put a naturally aspirated V6 in there. Looks cool though.

the dude emailed me a few months ago, after i posted up pictures of his car on here.

he said the reason for the 4.3 was because he had one just sitting around his shop, the car only took him 4 weeks to build and all the parts he used was from different things laying around his shop.

it's a clean car, i saw it on the hotrod power tour.

Sometimes you do things just to do them, because it is unique and you like the challenge. I personally want to drop a 3000GT VR4 motor into an Eclipse and RWD it. Just because.

If I had a blown engine and wanted to RWD it, I would use a mighty max tranny and 4g63 or 4g64, it would be easier and cheaper to get it to the 400 hp range....

LS1. with a cam, will get you to the 450 range, and into the 11's.

It's different, it's unique, which makes it cool. Also he did the entire hotrod power tour with no problems.

I searching for the pics of my buddies 1g laser with a small block 350.. He melts tires. Its pretty budass
