I haven't ever really paid any attention to this thread and nwo I just joined widsm.org. I hope I can meet up with all you guys sometime. This month is way too short notice for the dells... I got work and school. DAMN SCHOOL! so much of it... But I'm from kenosha and I wouldn't mind meetin up with anybody for a little meet here in town or close by. Besides... the dells? that's like 2-2 1/2 hours away... my car would break down 3 times before it got that far!

Does anyone happen to have a stock clutch layin around thats in allright condition? I just bought a awd laser for a great price but the clutch is all the way gone, no grab at all. I just want it to beable to move until I buy an act.

Unless you're going to be pushing some decent power pretty soon (as in 275+) I'd almost just say go with something like an exedy. I've had mine for about 5000 miles and over 5 months and it still grabs perfectly and I got the whole setup on ebay for less than I could have gotten a brand new oem clutch from any parts store. As in like $130 bucks or so. That's just what I did, and I have all of the stage 1 mods listed here at 15 psi all the time and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. but otherwise, if you think you're gonna wanna go with a used stock or oem clutch... then i hope you'll wanna take out the tranny more than once cuz it's a pain . otherwise just check the trader or something.

where r u at? has that tranny ever been out of the car? if it has been out I would be more than willing to help u out with the clutch. I have a few act disks with low miles. every time I take the motor out I just change the clutch, preventive matinentce. one has about 5k on it. I will see if I can find them. I should have a 2100 presure plate laying around some where too. its for a 7 bolt, I dont know if it makes a diffrence though. I am in poynette, bout 20 min north of madison. on the way to the dells. so if any one breaks down on the way there I am 5 miles from the interstate.

Yea, it makes a big difference

I guess I should just try to buy some random clutch just so I can park it at night. Pushing a car is getting old. I have to post pics to show u guys the deal I got, for 900 bucks, I had to take it. Never moded, 97,000 mi, only needs a clutch.

#### ####idy #### ####. You were right on that. I put in a new coil pack and she still misfires in the same cylindars. I'm gonna have to take it in to mitsu and see what they can do for me.

Since it's related to the car warming up, I'd say more than likely the cas. I have read threads before where people would have trouble starting the car after they shut it off when it's still warm. The culprit was the cas.

Naw, there's been a few newer than you. That guy that works at star bucks that bought all the shit from luchetta's gsx is just starting off. And it sounds like there are a few more I haven't met either.

I never took a good look, but it's like a maroonish color, not sure about the hood.
