What happened is my g/f and I just came back from the grocery store and everything was cool. Just being your everyday non speeding DSMer with a huge turbo I pull into our parking space. All of a sudden I hear this noise and I have no idea what it was.
I drop the bags filled with items to make some awesome grilled cheese sandwiches due to this ear-drum piercing screech. "IIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHH!" is what it appeared to sound like. It happened so spontaneous I had no idea where it came from.
My girlfriend Mandy drops to the ground holding her hands to her ears and writhing in pain. I go over to help her to make sure she's alright at least. Passed out but I didn't see any blood; her head seemed to be fine from the fall she took after the sound. Not to mention I was starting to feel it's effects as well after knowing that she was alright visually.
"IIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
I drop to my knees squeezing my hands to over my ears with teeth clenched and nostrils flared. Slowly I fall forward and I see it - I see with blurry vision a small stick like figure on the ground. I cannot make it out other than it is brownish green with a long slender body for it's size.
Slowly it makes it way forward towards me in a jerking back-and-forth motion. My heart is racing from the paralyzing sound a moment ago and the fear of this, this thing.
It's too late, as I'm struck with fear this creature latches onto my face. Slowly it begins climbing up over my lips and past my nose with itchy needle like feet. It stops moving. My vision begins to clear.
I see you with my big right eye sitting on my cheek. Arms up ready to fight me. "You cannot win you tiny little thing!" I say, "I am stronger than you will ever be!". The creature begins to laugh in a raspy voice "bwahahaha! You are ignorant mortal. I am stronger but wish no fight upon you."
Astonished that this creature even made a sound I proceed to ask it a question. I figured that if I was hallucinating I might as well make it good. I ask "what is it that you want with us?". Silence is all I hear minus the ringing in my ear.
The creature is still poised on my cheek with it's arms raised at me. I am beginning to regain my strength after the fall. Going to grab it, with the lack of my common sense, I hear it "speak" again. "Stop! That which you are about to do will condemn you for your eternity. Stand up mortal!"
Now I must be going crazy and wondering if I hit my head as well. Mandy is starting to move around on the ground.
"Tell me your name" it says, "Scott" I reply to this creature of the unknown. "Scott, I am what you would call on this wretched planet, a keeper of the balance. For I balance the control of the pests that plague this world".
Confused I continue to listen.
"To help you understand I speak directly into your mind". "I am weak and unable to fly. I need to feed!"
I'm starting to shake in fear now.
"I need blood!"
Oh shit, I think I shit myself.
"Stand up the one they call Scott and walk, walk towards those things you call plants"
I proceed to walk, but not from my own will. I believe it was psychokinesis from this "sky being".
Everything from there on is unclear. I want to believe that I blacked out from the shock but I'm unsure. All I know is that I'm sitting here now writing my experience
Mandy must have woken up now as she got a picture of the creature as it was on my face "talking" to me. I don't know what to think anymore.
