ok i have a 98 Talon TSi AWD 5speed. i got a rear bumper from a 98 Eclipse GS and tail lights from a 96 Eclipse GS. My problem is that there is a gap between my tail lights and bumper. Its not real big and i can live with it but i was just wondering how i could fix that?? I moved the bumper mounting brackets up like 4 inches or so and they are up as far as i can possibly put them.
Also the tail lights i got dodnt have the plugs or bulbs so i had to re-use the onses from the talon tail lights. when i turn my head lights on the tail lights wont work, both blinkers do work and i only have 1 brake light that works. all the bulbs are good and it all works fine when i had the talon tail lights on my car. heres a pic so you can see the gap. dont mind the bumper looking like a cow. I started sprayin it with black primer and ran out LOL.

i have that same problem i know im bringing this thread back from the dead but i was wondering if anyone has done this conversion i have a 96 tsi did the whole 2gb conversion and i am still trying to eliminate that gap between the top of the bumper and the tails. I do not have the rear reinforcement bar or the energy absorber (styrofoam sp?) yet it will be here monday im hoping that will tighting things up a bit but i doubt it. Any and all help is appreciated thanks in advance.

All you do is buy inch spacers (or however large your gap is) put washers on both ends, get longer bolts and call it a day. Easy. As for the plug problems, junk yard.
