Skyline tail light covers for 1g dsm

Does anyone have these tail light covers on there 1g dsm? does anyone know where you can buy em? please i want these!

those arent covers, those are real skyline r33 tail lights molded into the car.

keep the stock ones.. this is a DSM... not a ricer, help keep the dsm name from being mixed with the ricer game!

if you want different tail lights.. look into swapping them out with the eagle talon tail lights!!

IMO if you want to do that to a dsm you dont deserve one and you should drive a honda but thats my .02 cents so. :barf:

..... its your car not mine so... do what you want ,with the money you use to do that you could buy some go fast parts...

If thats what you want to do to you car then by all means do so. Everyone on this forum is so anti anything if it doesn't add performance. Its your car so do what makes you happy and what you think looks good, I just wouldn't waste your time asking about visual mods because if its anything but stock your just gonna get flamed for "ricing" out your car

Haha, I think he meant "blend in" with the riced out N/T DSMs. That way when someone sees your riced out turbo DSM, they will assmue you are a riced out N/T like everyone else, thus making you a sleeper.

There is just one problem with that plan. It involves ricing out a DSM. :notgood:

Just to clear this up the skyline do have covers they are plastic with 4 screws holding it on! I have an r33 skyline. And my other questions is why the r33 why not the r32 as the 32's are straighter and I think would fit better! And if your doing a light conversion then wouldn't be a lot of work where as the 33 lights are taller and curved! Hope this helps! If you really need a set I could help you out! I do how ever live in the u.k so I have plenty of parts I can get just pm me and I can get you prices and shipping costs good luck

Aside from all his vacuum lines and wires being yellow, his doesn't look riced out. Besides, having everything yellow would make it easier to find boost leaks... haha.

Yes I agree, rice caking a DSM is a nono! And yes, That is exactly what I meant by "sleeper"

I liked the tail lights when i first saw them a couple years back . It's your car do what you like to it . Just be ready to be flamed a ricer. Been there done that , GL and happy tuning . BTW do what you like as long as your happy with your ride..

Exactly. You know, everyone here is scared to put anything like that on their car, so go for it. Instead of making a fast car that looks semi good, make a fast car that's flashy too bud. Just don't half a$$ it like alot of people do, and it should turn out sick. Imo, alot of these cars are looking too plain. spice one up, but in a non-typical anti f&f way(i.e., no neons, big wings, body kits, etc.).
