I have a 96 2g awd with stock brakes, and suspension

I am wanting a lightweight 5 or 6 spoke 16" wheel(black or gunmetal) that I can mount up to a 255/50/16 tire on, I really wanted rota slipstreams but I cannot find any with 5 lugs for sale.

I need the offset needed to fit this tire, wheel diameter, and some opinions on what wheel fits my criteria.

This is for a drag car application.

off set will need to be +35 to runn a 255 and u will have to roll your fenders... and just go with a 17" wheel and arun a 255/40/17

Here's a PDF that has some weights.

Do you plan on or would you roll the fenders if necessary?

One thing about a 2ga is the rear knuckles have less clearance for a wide tire as a 2gb's allow. Here's the data I found when comparing these. This will mean you will either need a lower offset or possibly run a spacer.

I'm guessing you either have the tires already or have made up your mind which ones you want to run? Just trying to get a feel for what needs to be and what can be played around with a bit.

I have a friend who does car restoration with a tool designed for rolling the fenders, so my intention is to get them to tuck up inside.

And the tire size is what I feel is right for my local tracks poor prep and my power numbers without breaking to much shit.

Going with a summer performance tire for now to see how I like traction, most likely a bfg. If I need more I will step up to drag radials and this is a common size in drag radials.
