Well I will open this one up. Since its getting close to summer time we should try to do some runs here and there. In SoCal in the "other" car club I was in we would have a meet every month or two and Drive around and go to "scenic areas" and check them out as a group. I am new to the Portland DSM scene and I think we should get together and share our collective knowledge and enthusiasm. So change your spark plugs, and get ready to have a good time.

To my knowledge the recent Salem meet didn't end up happening. I'm down for meeting up if the weathers right and people actually show some interest this time around.

on different forum Mitsu-Media some people i think would be down for a meet too so ill spread the word for may 29th any idea on location?

New guy here. Just got my Eclipse two weeks ago, use to have an 03 Evo VIII. Anywho, I might be down for a meet up depending if I can sneak away.

I could probably make it. I moved up here from Socal last fall and haven't seen many DSM's cruising around here. Seems like all Evos and Subies. Today I saw a bunch of Mustang dudes getting together here in Beaverton...

I'll be in as soon as I get back in the country. Hopefully this turns into a monthly thing. I won't be back until the end of July though so it'll be a little bit. As soon as my car is up and running I'll be looking to get some runs in at PIR if anyone else is interested.

Hey I PM'd you man. But ya, I'm down for a meet up there. Too bad the weather is going to be crappy for awhile now. This past weekend would have been best but it looks like the weekend of the 29th or so might be good. What day were you thinking about?

I talked to a TSi owner that works at a gas station near my work...he might be coming up with us as well.

Ok so May 29th at the woodburn outlet mall at 12:00 pm. Spread the word guys, hopefully its not raining.

Alright so I'm creating a list so we have a better idea who is coming. I'm fine with Woodburn Outlet Mall at noon. However doesn't the parking lot fill up sometimes? I want to make sure we have enough room to have all of our cars together etc.

i read this thread, agreed mentally i would go to this, then checked the calendar, and aawwww dammit its on a saturday. Guess i am the only one with weds or thurs off.

So how do you all feel about the weather if it doesn't cooperate? My personal take on it is if it's raining we should just cancel the meet. I don't mind a sprinkle but it takes the fun out of meeting everyone and talking "outside" when it's pouring.
