Ok. I think that my current setup is HORRIBLY wrong. I checked other threads but idk if any of them apply to my current setup with the PCV and VC Breather. So im goin to explain exactly what I have before I keep driving my car and blow something. Please help! Lol So my car doesnt have a catch can installed. I DO have one ready. My VC "breather" is plugged off:confused:. My PVC is running a hose to my turbo intake. There is a second nipple on the intake right next to it that is plugged off. I have a REALLY big feeling that this is all wrong.:ohdamn: So I guess I am asking exactly how to setup my catch can and what to/not to block off. My catch can has 2 nipples on the top and a nipple on the bottom with a small valve that I can open to drain it. So how do I go about setting this up correctly? I can give a picture if necessary I think. Thanx in advance...

PCV valve on the back of the valve cover goes to the intake manifold. Breather on the passenger side goes to the air intake. The other hole is for the emissions canister.

ok thanx alot. 2 more things. I want to install my catch can. How do i go about doing so? And why would the intake manny be blocked off in the first place? I am running a 2g mas. Could that be why?

Thanx alot.

Ok so I believe I finished my setup. I have one more question. So Im only using one catch can. I have my PCV hose running back to my Intake Manny, My VC breather hose running into the catch can, and another running from the catch can to the Turbo Intake.I saw in a couple threads that there should be another catch can between the PCV and Intake. Do I HAVE to have this or is one catch can okay? Thanx in advance...

Well...you don't HAVE to have any cans. :p

That additional can just helps keep oil out of your IM; but there normally isn't all that much flowing from the PCV valve to the IM while under vacuum, compared to the VC outlet to turbo inlet while under boost.

Regardless if you run a can there or not, you should insert a check valve between the PCV valve and the IM, to prevent boost pressure from leaking through the PCV valve.
