I saw advertised on the site a couple weeks ago that they make a manifold for under 400. I cant seem to find it right now and was wondering if any one could tell me what vendor offers this product? Thanks for your help

The OBX and Megan racing manifold are fabricated from thin walled tube. These manifolds will crack and fail! If you want a cheap manifold buy cast (much more durable) not tubular. Cheap tubular manifolds will crack/break and fail fast.

Punishment Racing used to offer a budget T3 tube manifold but I don't see it on the new site.

It was punishment that was selling a budget mani, but I dont know why they stopped putting it out already. I believe they were just taking one of the cheaper made ones, like the Megan one and reinforcing it with better welds, like at the collecter.
I found this one online that I am probably going to run for my HX40 setup
cxracing.com: T3/T4 Manifold for 89-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1G 2G Eagle Talon with 4G63 Turbo Engine

Punishment sells their intercooler kits on their website, and it looks pretty good with added supports for the wastegate flange and collector.

I just found a listing for there manis on ebay for less
89-99 ECLIPSE TALON 1G 2G DSM 4G63 T3/T4 TURBO MANIFOLD : eBay Motors (item 350330312073 end time Apr-19-10 18:15:00 PDT)

Im still up in the air for what mani to get cast or tubular but I know im not spending more then $500 for one.

The ERL manifold is awesome, works really well especially for the price. I have an SFP which is basically the same design except not cast and the fitment is great and plenty of room to maneuver the exhaust mani nuts on.

What exactly makes the ERL worth $250 more than the Treadstone if you don't mind me asking?

Stainless steel, and wastegate plumbing from the collector, instead off of only one running, which is effing retarded.

What's the Treadstone one made out of? I know wastegate on the collector is better, but a lot of people run it off the runner without issue.

Edit: nevermind, found it -
"manifolds are cast using a high ductile silicone based iron adhering to a strict ASTM casting standards"

I am putting a treadstone on with my H1C in a BEP .71 housing. Turbine hits on the block and the waste gate (PTE 39mm) hit on the hood. Now with a little bit of work with spacers and ALOT of porting to the runners I think it will be ok.

I would not go with any of the cheap tube stuff.

Neither would have happened with the ERL. There is AMPLE space for large compressor covers as well as large a/r T3 turbine housings:

The ERL is also about 1/2 the weight of the Turbonetics-style cast T3 manifold, and is much less likely to crack.

Treadstone reminds me of the oldschool hks header or the rev hard/turbonectics manifold

Cant put my finger on it but looks like a OG header from the past

Cant go wrong with cast manifolds

Lol WG placed like that is so old school

My friend had this setup years back!
