Just got throw rebuilding my 2g. Started it up and it was leaking oil from timring belt. Took a few bolts off and moved it back . Its now leaking bad right underneath the oil pump . Leaking between the middle and last rear bolts to oil pan can get a pic if it would help got any ideas??

ok will do .. Do you think it could be comeing from oil pan????? what cover are you refering to???

I was referring to the front cover that houses the oil pump. It could be coming from the pan, there are two bolts that go in the oil pan that are shorter than all of the other bolts, if you put them in the wrong location it could leak. The short bolts go in the front of the engine directly under the front cover/oil pump.

didnt know that but they all seem to be snug. I can see the rear of the front case and its not leaking
