those white wires are going to your resistor box that go to your injectors.

not worried about lights, i have aem ems

then you dont need that fuel pressure solenoid but still need that resistor box.

i got the car from a friend of mine, and im now going through it, ripping old wiring that he had just left around, and random shit that was just capped off. dont think there was anything on it, but it runs with the fuel line back to the tank

that open metal vacuum line looks like its above the rear crossmember by the frewall if so it liiks like it goes to the e-vap canister if so it has to stay open to vent the fuel tank i think.

that is is u dont have a e-vap can anymore.

That's your gas tank vent line that used to go to the charcoal canister. It needs to stay vented to the atmosphere. If you don't like the idea of that venting to your engine bay, then you can put a piece of vacuum line and run it back underneath the car.
