build a turbo on n\t or buy a new engine ?

hello all :)

i have a serious quastain
i wonder what its the best way to get a turbo .. ?
build turbo on my n\t engine ( lots of parts and very expansive ) or .. buy a complete engine from

ebay or same way .. 90-94 jdm 4g63t .. with low miles .. but i dont know if my N\T gear it will fit to

turbo engine .. i guess my engine right now its 6 bults ..i see guide show how to chk ..i see my crank

going out side not inside ( like 7 bults )
build a turbo its like amm...3500$ with shiping but without TAX .. and without install it .. buy a turbo

engine it 1500 for engine ( mybe less without the awd gear ) + shiping its cost (-\+) 2200$ .. again

without TAX and install ..
but what do u think guys ? what better ? i dont wanna spend all my money ( i dont rich enughe for

this ) .. i just wanna run with nicely turbo car :)


also i got here a new clutch - i know some guys talk bad of that company .. so that all i have here
this is a XTD stage 3 ceramic clutch - and no light flywheel cus i dont know if its have to n\t gear box

.
and i will install it when i got turbo

is your car a DOHC 2.0? If yes then the turbo parts should bolt right on from a turbo engine. Granted it is not plug and play, but you can still use your own engine. check VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions for turboing a Non turbo car

i understand that guide i read this before i post here ..
but i have some problems ..
yes i have 4g63 not 37 or 420a ( :) )
also i cant get from any junkyard any wercked dsm turbo car not fwd and not awd
also .. only the place i can get new parts its ebay or another place out of my country ..
i have big problem here with my car .. we have less 8 dsm car over all this country ( israel )
so .. i wounder what its the best way to do my car a turbo

so how i begin from here :|

btw i think my engine right now its not the best condition i got 210000 km and my rings are dead so the car lil a bet smoke if i run agresive at redline
and another problem i guess ..when i start the engine ( when the engine are cold ) when i drive the car .. the car not move good ( i dont know how to explane u cus i dont have good english sory ) so i need to wait to warm the car and after that the car move faster then cold ( i dont go high rpm when its cold ) but the low rpm the car dont move good .. and high its good .. i guess u understant what im talking about ..

i have seen it done and u can ###### just buy anothere for the price ## payin for the swap . unless u get a good runnin car with no title

He's not from the US, or North America for that matter. He's from Israel, which makes that concept much more difficult.

You can easily build your n/t 4g63 with turbo internals and save a TON of money. You don't have to worry about the transmission, because it will bolt up to virtually any 4g63.

so u mean condition of my engine is fine ?
aniway i do my homework so i use the guide of the person hes make it
the parts i need to get is :

Turbo ECU or SAFC (to better control the fuel curve)
Stronger Clutch
Exhuast manifold
Turbo
O2 Housing
Downpipe
Side Mount Intercooler, BOV, And all Piping
Knock sensor
MAS from a turbo 1g or a converted 2g MAS
Fuel Pressure Regulator (aftermarket)
450cc or larger fuel injectors and fuel pump
Boost Gauge, EGT Gauge, Air to Fuel Ratio Gauge

all that without pistons and camshafts

so the price its same like i buy a jdm engine (-\+)

what i can get from here is :
so exshuast & pipes I can get them already here
also Boost Gauge, EGT Gauge, Air to Fuel Ratio Gauge
clutch i got one :)
and turbo like td05 its kool

so that all i know at now :)

and .. injectors i can get here too
 
u need pistons and rings from turbo engine i think head on turbo and N/T models same, manifold ,turbo and u need valve job and seals on u head 210k km like 131k miles , injectors ,IC and pipes, and rest small parts for bulit turbo dsm , more cheper like import whole engine to israel.

so its more expansive ( pistons . cams and ealse .. )

i think about that goal : turbo on stock engine ( what i got now ) like 7-8 psi run
and if i wanna more power i can upgrade when i got more money ( pistons . cams . Etc .. )

what do u think ? the engine right now can handle that mod ? :)
 
u need change pistons and rings 1st u can buy whole set on ebay no ask on brand this set just chep.
pm me when u need parts i have tons for 6 bolts and 7 bolts turbo engine included safc injectors 450 550 evo 560 16g turbo j pipe set stock pipes and ic for 2g and many more. (5 engines on parts)
