Unhook the stuff from your valve cover breather and see if air comes out of there when BLTing, if it does then your PCV is probably bad and you'll have trouble building pressure with the test, and if not then your PCV is probably fine.

And the line that goes from intake pipe to valve cover is not there.. i capped it off and im runing my valve cover through a catch can and filter!

You need to hook your pcv valve back up to your IM. It pulls out the gas vapor from your valve cover. Gas + oil = bad.

You need to do search more before you post but blah blah yak yak....

You can do 20-25 psi on the 14b with supporting mods. I know cause i did it and there others on here to prove it.
The question is not how much it can hold, but how is the supporting mods capible of handleing it and your overalls cars condition. The stock side mount gets to hot with any thing more than 15-18 psi then it heat soaks. higher psi or same levels aroun 15-20 can be done as a DD if you invest in meth injection. You can do 20+ psi on it thats not the problem it just heats soaks bad and really is good for 1/4 mile car cause you can let it cool between runs.
but you will gain more hp with a front mount with those boost levels.

It also seems like you need to do some basic mantinanse and make sure your car is 100% running order before your beat on it or it wont last if you dont take the steps to take care of it now.

Its also a commen problem with there age that holes from the oxengenation of the aluminum. so take it out clean it and inspect it.

Im not trying to beat on it...
it boost creeps...

but because of the boost creep it caused a boost leak somewhere, and im trying to figure it out!
I DO do my basic maintance, but thanks for making sure!!

For the pcv, there is one on the back of my valve cover going into the intake i left.. the other one that was going into the intake pipe i capped off on the intake pipe and have a catch can and a filter on that side of the vavle cover!

And lastly... i did, when my motor was getting rebuilt, take my intercooler and cleaned the inside and out the best i could myself. i sanded all the corrosion off the tubes, pipes and endtanks and polished it up... (looks pretty damn sexy for a small smic)
there was no bent fins and i flashed a light through them to see any then that might be clogging the passages!
Now i know the best thing to do is acid bath it but i didnt feel the need to do that, i didn't plan on running this smic over 16psi!!

And i was looking into meth inj. but i don't know yet... im going to worry about bigger issues right now!!thanks again for all the help!!

Do a boost leak test, you're probably all right. You likely have a major hole along the way and the turbo just can't keep up. You're rich because all of the air leaving through your leak is being counted by the MAF and your car is adding fuel for that air.

Post #10, wow this should have been the first response. OP please stop putting your foot in it until you get the right supporting mods. You either need much higher octane fuel, OR (for pump gas) a better intercooler, and a better fuel system. If you are on a tight budget, get a Supra MKIV SMIC, a walbro 255lph fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and some 550cc injectors, a stupid afc and enjoy.

Personally I hate AFC's and any piggy back, also some of you might wonder why I said a 255lph pump, simple. There about the same price as the 190, and BOTH I say again BOTH a Walbro 190 or 255lph pump should have a good adjustable fuel pressure regulator. This is not debatable. Many will say a 190 does not need this, use cation when lesioning to those people. Also Link FTW.

Boost creep is never caused by a boost leak. Saying that is completely contradicting.

I never stated that boost leak cause boost creep... i stated that ever since i creeped to 20psi i got a boost leak!
sorry if i stated it incorrectly and made you assume i said it the other way!

as for stomping on it... i don't as of now cause of the leak..
i have enough knowledge to know that!!
And if you look at my mod list i do have a wally 255 and a fuelab AFPR.. currently have 450cc's cause i have no way to tune for 550cc's that i have sitting im my back seat!!
And i use the highest octane texas has... Shell V-power 93 octane!!
Dont really want to use race fuel for my current DD!!

And as a disclaimer...
IM NOT BEING ANYWHAT SARCASTIC OR RUDE... im simply relpying!
I want to thank everyone for their time cause yall choose to help me and i very well appreciate it!!
thanks again!
