97 tsi running poorly

Hi guys. I'm very new to the world of dsm. I'd like to start by thanking you all for some very informative stuff I've read on here, it's been a great help. I'm having issues with my 97 tsi. I just got my head rebuilt, put it all back together and my car is running great, until I build full boost under full accelleration, then it cuts out and starts sputtering like a go-cart until I let off the throttle again and punch it again. It happens pretty much any time I hit the gas. I don't have any extra gauges and the car minus suspension and cat-back exhaust is pretty much stock. I did change the fuel filter, even though it might sound stupid, thought it might be starving a little for fuel. I'm not sure if it's a sensor issue, but there's no check engine light on, and I'm thinking maybe I have bov or turbo issues??? Is there anyone who has run into this sort of problem or can help me out a little? Any help would be hugely appreciated. thanks in advance, and sorry if this post is quite long! Oh also, the car is not blowing any smoke black or white whatsoever.
 
Tar is totally stock, minus tein suspension and konig rims and hks catback exhaust. I have a stock 2g bov, stock fuel pump, stock t25 turbo, it's all just stock. That's why I'm kinda lost...haha

One other question I did have was when I put my cylinder head back on the car, the head shop took off the camshaft position sensor and did not mark which way was proper (it has 2 notches) and could be put in either way. is there a chance I put it back in 180 degrees wrong??? would that even do anything?? I'm really in need of a little help, as it is my daily driver, any help with this and the other problem of it running poorly once it hits around 4000 rpms under full boost/accelleration and cutting out would be a HUGE help!!
