so i rebuilt my engine and am putting it back in now but i am having some trouble figuring out where a few of the vacuum tubes go. ive connected two of the four tubes that connect to the bracket that holds up the ECU, but i can not find where the other two go, and the vacuum map on the hood only shows two going to and from there. any help would be greatly appreciated

theres a diagram on the underside of the hood. check that if not, then im sure theres a diagram on here somewhere:thumb:

I have a quick question. If I do that taboo vaccuum line removal will I throw a CEL even if I leave all the sensors plugged in?

No. I haven't thrown any codes on mine. I went so far as unplugging them and putting jumper wires on the plugs.

first off what engine is it? second you might be able to look and find some info in the forums with diagrams

it is the 2.0 turbo engine. and i couldnt get a good picture of it since it is under the ecu and there is a ton of stuff around it. but here is one you can kind of see it in

First of all, just to clear some things up, your ECU is under your radio inside your car, not under the hood. I'm not sure what you are referring to as the ECU in that picture.

Second of all you posted this exact same post less than 3 months ago, vacuum tubing, and your question was answered with the taboo diagram. All you had to do was look at it.

But here you go again. The first picture, I don't have a clue what that is. All I see is the coolant lint that runs under the TB.

Second picture, the hose on the right "Ts" into the vacuum line that runs between your BOV and TB. The hose on the left goes to your charcoal canister.

If you do the vacuum delete you won't need any of these lines, just cap off the TB and get rid of your charcoal canister. Its up to you.

I hope this helps.

ahh you are correct that i had my question answered however the diagram only shows two hoses coming from the evaporative emission purge solenoid that go under the intake manifold but my issue is that i have four places for hoses under there.

I have same thing on my car all my hoses seem in right places but I'm not sure if they are correct on the solenoid. I also have 4 places for hoses and only 2 are connected, I think that is just a way for hoses to be hiden and when hiden under the intake they dont wable or ge tcaught by something and brake so that what ## talking about the 4 places is just the connecting metal pipes because I disconnected my hoses from solenoid and other side and air just flows through, I think you should just check if ## hoses are correct on the solenoids.
