I came across good deal on some 4g wheels. I said what the heck so I gave some guy on ebay 250.00 for the set. When I finally received the rims I was totally impressed with the color. Sword silver is what mitsu calls it but most other people say its nothing more than a version of hyper silver but anyway here are some pics of the rims on the car. I must say I like the look! By the way I added a 8mm wheel spacer to give the car a more aggressive look. Rims came off 2008 eclipse gt specs are 18x8 46mm offset 26.2bls per wheel, tires 225 40 18 for those who wants to know:thumb: Tell me what you think;)

Those look good!! :thumb: :thumb:

Thanks. But you know what I knotice is that the camera can't capture the true color and brilliance of the rims:confused: Its almost like the wheels can be mistaken as some type of polished metal!

Defently not bad looking for a stock rim, adding the spacer was defently a good choice :thumb:

You say the tires are 225 wide & its an 8" rim? Maybe its just the camera playing tricks but the tires seemed stretched abit for that combo. A 225 wide tire on a 8" rim normally is just barely stretched (probably wouldn't notice without being on the correct angle).

Yeah the stretch is barley knoticeable. Here is a rear shot.

Depends on what he had before those rims. This may be an upgrade from a heavier rim or dented ones. He make be going the performance before looks path..... or not.

They look good, where'd you get the spacers?

Good Old ebay:hellyeah:

KICS 8MM WHEEL SPACER MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO ECLIPSE ALL:eBay Motors (item 390075237416 end time Aug-27-09 13:31:17 PDT)

The rims look great, but I think I would have put that money towards getting that dent out. You can't polish a turd.

Trust me dent repair is coming! Got the rims because I could not pass up the good deal. I have always admired the 4g wheel they are a little heavier than my old volks. Should't matter since car is fwd with a goal of 500whp:sneaky:

if i were you, i'd take the inner quarter panel plastic out and use the palm of your hand and pop that dent out some

they look sweet. about that dent just use a plunger. get the ends wet so they seal and pull your brains out. I did it once and surprised myself LOL

are those directional tires? are they on backwards?

I love the way they look...

I really like those. looks nice man great buy.
