Yes its legit. I purchased the same one. If you buy it you will have clearance issues after you add the MAF adapter and filter its a tight squeeze but some trimming of couplers and the pipe should do the trick. Its an Injen style knockoff.

Ya i never look at the bidding price. They can put the bidding price at 1 dollar and say shipping is 45..

Well your international thats why.

For us US locals, itw ould be around ~$40-60 for these intakes.

You may think $100 is a lot, but try getting a real Injen one shipped to you. It would be over $300 perhaps, when they are very similar.

Basically the same as an Injen intake at alot cheeper price. The pipe..... well its a pipe, its hard to screw that up, the welds don't have to be great either since their not under pressure like the rest of the system. The cheepo filters I'd throw away, I wouldn't trust their filtering ability & if your running larger turbo's/higher boost, I've seen them sucked apart.

I'd still recommend the FP pipe, its top notch construction & not extremely expensive either. Also the nice thing is if you plan on running a descent sized turbo in the future, the FP intake will accomodate this as its a 4" pipe. If you step up to most turbo's over a 16g size, these intakes that are 2.25-2.5" are useless & your spending money on another intake (so there goes your deal).

Why can't these companies find someone who can weld to put the nipples on?

Because when you have 10 year old kids making these, you can't be choosy about their welding skills LOL

I totally agree. So even if it costs you $100 USD its probably still going to be way cheaper then ordering it from some other company.

I thought when I scored this same pipe way back when for $99 I was getting a screaming deal. Its still not a bad pipe for a 16g size turbo, what I plan on doing is cutting it in half right about mid-pipe length, then cutting out an inch section, porting the interior a little more and rewelding it. It really pushes the airfilter hard into the passenger fender and taking a good inch off brings it back within stock. This thing does get really hot under the hood and transfers alot of heat back into the compressor inlet so ceramic coating it wouldn't be a bad idea.
