First time at track with turbo auto . Stock stall stock 13g just for fun this time.
I have my two step with my dsmlink.
So when do I start to brake boost exactly . Do I prestage, stage and start right away. Do I start buidling boost on the 1st yellow. Will that give me enough time before light goes green to build decent amount.
I guess also will have to play with my two step. Should I use the handbrake to better hold it on the line with the foot brake. This seems like it will hold better but require more coordination.

Stand on the brakes and pull the crap out of the e-brake (with the button pushed in of course ;)). Timing will very between cars. But as a rule of thumb, start giving it a little gas once you are staged and then see what the car likes. If you can go WOT while braking and not have the car creep and red light, more power to you (or less....:p). If you start to creep from too much boost from the 2-step, maybe adjust it down a little so you can get a better launch out of it.

Just play around with it.

Just powerbrake it up. If you make good boost on the studder box the rear tires will start spinning on a lsd viscous. A vce or welded center diff will stop that. Just brake it up as high as you can without spinning the rear tires.

300 miles and got rained out at track. No runs. Big disappointment. So now only one track day left. same track not sure want to try again .It has 95% chance of rain in forecast for that day.

I practiced launching in my driveway since car is not street legal at all. It seemed to build decent boost at around 2750 on the two step.
I did what others said ..put in neutral and rev engine till the brake pedal goes down. Then of course just stand on brake and floor it. Car don't seem to pull thru brake at 2750. At 3000 it starts too. My dsmllink works great the two step works great.

Guess could hold handbrake for extra hold if wanted to try to launch at 3000.
Course these numbers will change after get new stall and install fp3065. Hopefully that big snail will still put out boost braketorquing or may need to run small shots of spray.
