Personally, I don't like body kits. But I wouldn't bash you for it or insult your inteligence by selling you a turbo for $8000. I had a 97 Eclipse Spyder N/T when I was 18. Had a body kit, underglow, alluminum wing. At the time, I thought it was cool. I look back now like W T F was I thinking! LOL

well for starters a new holset hx35...on the way from justin...gotta get the dash cluster workin..thats pretty much it....few exhaust leaks here and there...been giving it the once over ..nuttin and boltin everything..was checkin out the hi idle problem..and got that some what beter thanks to sean and the ecu he gave me....bigger injectors and atleast eprom here in the near future....so you bringing the car down for the kyles bbq?

Yea I will be driving down. As far as your idle, I would replace your ISC. There is a member on here that has several for sale for $40 shipped. I just bought one. He guarantees them to work too. Odds are, even if it doesn't fix your problem, you will need a new one eventually. As far as your cluster, I would check the speed sensor/rpm sensor on the transmission.

My DSM is for sale its in the Classifieds. Tell anyone you know thats looking.

Spotted you.

I figured that was you rolling down rt37 two weekends ago. Im probably going to the track tonight. I was those 10 second pump gas passes. Im pretty sure its there. I ran some silver blazer thats been 9.8s and walked by him up top after bogging last weekend, and some turbo mustang from out that way. I would kill for 9s on pump.

V3! LOL if I can get my ass to Kyles, we can play around.

Not as of yet. Been mad busy with work. Gettin up early gettin back late. Workin in berkley. Not that far of a drive but to do it for the last 5 days twice a day in a 40 ton truck gets tiring.

That's excellent

I wanted to say HI but you were going like 30mph and I didn't feel like waiting :hmm: LOL

So I finally did some work yesterday. Fixed the exhaust leaks, installed new manifold studs, tightened my alternator belt, and installed a slim fan for my A/C. Blows nice and cold now.

On 1g's there is a specific way to set the idle. Go to vfaq.com and search it there under ignition. There is a plug in the engine bay that needs to be grounded while adjusting the base idle set screw (BISS).

Yeah I told him we would have to do that. Its the next step to getting it running right. That and blocking off the FIAV
