Well i had a few issues wiring these gauges, but i finally figured them out. The diagram they give you, is pretty bad. But i have a question, when i rev the engine up to 5k it says im in boost. Im wondering if this is normal for these gauges. Its running straight to the nipple where you should be tapping into. Just doesnt make sense on why when i rev it its like 5psi to sometimes 10psi. But when idling its has decent vac. Im new to the whole stepper motor gauges.

Any insight on this would be nice.

And you get boost while reving in neutral? That's odd for sure. Does the gauge work correctly while normally driving it?

havent gotton that far, my car has been an on going project, im just finishing up. so..

When doing a free rev it will spike real quick as their is a small load on the motor, depending on how quick you rev/how high you rev you may hit 5-10psi it should quickly drop however. But if you hold it at 5k it should not be in any kind of boost unless you have some sort of 2-step.
