So.... Do you CA guys just keep your stock parts laying around waiting for the day you get Reffed? If not, where do you guys come up with all the parts needed to pass? Curious.
Couldn't you just get parts that come with the carb legal sticker like GReddy parts and K&N stuff. I know it probably cost more but might be better in the long run.(get pulled, and show them your stuff is legal)
You could, but it's never worth it. Any catback exhaust is legal as long as it is under a certain DB. And if you read the CARB rules, on a turbocharged vehicle replacement of the pipes is legal too. Just not adjustable BOV's (of ANY make), fuel/timing controllers, anything pre catalytic converters, and stuff like alcohol injection.
You realize a 50trim doesn't flow much more than an evo3 16g right?

Please explain?
Edit: for some reason I thought you said it doesn't flow as much as a E3 16g.
Man if I lived in CA I would have one of those stock looking dual tips .
