You already have the wiring diagram for the MS harness, so what are you missing? The wiring diagram for the stock harness? You can download various DSM electrical guides here:

The relay board isn't really necessary since your car already has the necessary relays and fuses. You won't need the S-FMU, but you will need a 1:1 AFPR (unless you know what you're doing and have a really good reason to stick with the S-FMU).
Keep the missing link for now... if you have the stock PCM controlling spark, it'll help to not have it registering boost pressure from the MAP sensor. If you completely remove the stock PCM you can dump the missing link.
The camshaft position sensor is useless for any MS-I application; just leave it disconnected. If you had MS-II, you could use this sensor for things like COP or sequential injection.
