okay guys here is my problem, my car runs fine if I dont get on it and build more than 5 or 6 psi, as soon as I get on it and make 5 or 6 psi the car will start sputtering and wont go past 4000 rpm. even when I have the car in park I will press the gas and when it gets to like 4500 to 5000 rpm it starts sputtering.:confused:. PLease help Im clueless:pray:.

do you have a bov that your venting to the atmosphere by any chance? could be a problem if you are

Make sure you're not running platinum plugs. NGk BRP6ES @ .028" are what you want.

Are you running a chipped ECU? It sounds to me like you have a chip with a stutterbox/launch rev limiter in it.

Ha, ha yeah sounds like a two step but I doubt it.

If you had a boost leak bad enough for that, you would have an intercooler pipe probably blown off. Then again if that was the case it wouldn't run at all.

I would agree with those above in saying do a compression check, boost leak check, and check your plugs for proper gap and conditions. Let us know those results and the color of the plugs.

Hey guys there is no boost leak, and compression test came out fine, is there a fuel cut solenoid in this cars? Cause If i give it gas slowly it will build like 9psi but if i get on it hard in wont go past 5 or 6psi

Still sounds like a boost leak... How long did it hold pressure? What psi did you pressurize to?

Do a boost leak test, put some soapy water on all your intercooler hoses and watch for bubbles.
Also check your spark plugs and cables, they are probably worn out as well.

Did you actually do a BLT? My car ran like absolute crap with a very similar issue untill I did a BLT and found multiple leaks. There is more places for pressurized air to escape from than you know.
