in the end it dose not really matter what number i put down on the dyno my trap in the 1/4 mile will also prove as to how much power is really getting put down

You are not you dyno number LOL

661hp is my uncorrected number

But on the computer screen that you took a picture of says SAE

Hey Zero, was this on 110oct, c16, q16, e85?

Might of mentioned it earlier but I'm a newb LOL

i made over 750hp on 110 so it can be done with no problems. not on a 420a but still can be done

Effiing A right Zero. Finally on your way. Nice numbers. Current 420a dyno record holder, by far. Congrats :rocks::thumb:

You have a SAE correction factor on that dyno run. It is the same CF I use when I use the dynojet. I have gone directly from a "Mustang" dyno to a dynojet (with SAE CF) and gotten the exact same number. I have gone from a Dynodynamics to a dynojet (again with SAE CF) and had 1 pony difference.

Let the naysayers naysay, you got the current record there. Just ignore the dyno comparison conversation and rock on at the track.

Good job, man.

No one is naysaying. There's no doubt in my mind he has the record and again I applaud him for it. Been a longtime coming for him, and I'm happy for him. It has nothing to do with dyno types though...its elevation and the proper correction factors needed in order to make a fair comparison to the numbers made by the 90+% of people on here who dont live on mount everest.

Nicely done.

Stay out of jail and spend your time at the track this summer. We need to see a 2GNT in the 9s, now.

The fuel was Rocket 111 octane by Vp

I ran no timming at all. All the timming is still set to zero so there is still alot left in the car with fine tunning of the fuel map and adding timming 700hp will be very very easy for this car at this point

on the dyno all we did was build a base fuel map and add boost my Dyno pulls are as follows

10psi 302hp

20psi 463hp

30psi 661hp

We only made 5 pulls yesterday!!! LOL

Yay numbers!!!

Now I can't wait for you to get out to the track and break something LOL, hopefully you can get a good run in before it happens.

Very impressive, that should shut up any 420a haters. You've done alot more, starting with a good bit less than many people have, keep up the good work :thumb:. You may want to do something about bracing that cross member though (maybe tie the motor mounts into the cage?). I'm concerned that with enough launches and dyno pulls, the factory welds will stress crack and break, and with those kind of numbers, the front would try to run away and flip over a few times.

That cross member is part of the reason why we stoped YES we are adding slot of bracing to it so it will be nice and stiff and wont budge

ill have to check our timming to see what we ran.

Youve done good for us 420a-t guys bro. Cant wait to see track numbers, good luck and stay outta jail LOL.

I haven't been on here much lately, but... DAMN!!! Awesome job Zero! I seriously miss my 420A and I feel very depressed after seeing this vid... I'm going to go cry in a corner now.

I've been waiting for that dyno for a long time. Congratulations, this is exciting as when Bill Hahn got into the 10's with his RS. I never thought 9's would be in our collective 420a future. You need to bring this to the shootout and make a BIG impression

This now concludes my third time ever logging on to DSMtuners, he he.

damn thats alot of power!

just if it was AWD LOL

Congratulations on that number. Agree with others, take it to the shootout!

Lol, damn, Zero, they don't give you a chance to enjoy :p Let's get some track time and seat time down before we start looking at numbers.

This is just the start (though, really the start was 3 years ago, LOL).
