Ok i have my PSI set to 16,but in the past i have had it at 20 and accidentally had it 25 without hitting fuel cut. Well the other day i adjusted my clutch to catch a little higher than it was. After i got the clutch adjustment fixed i went to drive around, and the car felt like something was holding it back when i went WOT and i cant boost 20psi anymore, it feels like i'm hitting fuel cut at 20psi and the rpms move slower in the 1000-3500rpm range than they did before. How could something like adjusting the clutch mess with my boosting. Also my Type-S went from a quick loud whistle to a deep sounding flutter(flutters more than an HKS). Any help would be great, Thanks.

Do you have any logs? In an unmodified ecm, 16.5 is what was nominally considered max boost without hitting fuel cut. Check your injector on time under the "fuel cut' event. Post some numbers and perhaps someone can look and pinpoint the problem.

Good Luck
