can anyone tell me some current places to buy a decently priced t4 exhaust manifold??? any help would be appreciated.

Rev hard t4 mani, there about 200$ new.

I've read the way the pair up the cylinders is not ideal for spoolup, but people have made power on them and you're not going to find one cheaper.
Whats your budget?
OnGreenPerformance sells a replica of the HKS manifold for around $800
HKS T4 Manifold
There are still a few of the HKS ones floating around and Shep ran 8s on it.

ERL offers a straight T4 i think, i believe they are cast as well. I read good things about quality and fitment.

Thats BS revhard is just as good as any other t4 mani, you people think you need the most expensive parts when it really is not true, there are plenty of people who ran them with 500Plus whp.

That link link sent was just a retarded dude anyway, who the hell cuts there downpipe like that, looks like it will flow greattt < sarcasim. Point is the dude dosnt know what he talkin about. So much false info out there, get the story strainght before you tell people somthing is junk when you have no hand on experiance yourself.

i dont see a bad review... i just see someone having a hard time trying to fabricate downpipe.... but thats 1 bad review compared to the many that rum this manifold....

Just because it has huge runner doesn't mean it's a good manifold. There is absolutely no way you can match the exhaust gasket to the runners. It is ridiculous oversized which hurt the air flow a lot and the collector is a large factor. If it was proving to be a good manifold it still wouldn't be a $200 manifold. But what the hell just get it. It's dirt cheap.

Show me the dyno and if you say it's so good why did you pay an extra $300 for the ERL rather than getting the Rev-Hard?

I had a rev-hard and planned on using it with my hx40, but couldnt get a t4 housing for the hx40 that wasnt super huge, i was going to machine a garret t4 housing to fit the holset but ended up selling the revhard mani and getting a BEP t3 housing and erl becasue it was easyer then sending the turbine housing out to get machined.

After im done with this setup and have my built motor, i plan on going revhard t4 and hx52.

Not doubting, but do you have a link to this?

I dont have a link but the guy with the hx52 and revhard knows him.. quote (The car in this thread and another local made serious power with this thing. The other local is over 800whp.) Maybe biglady has a link to his setup.

And biglad made around 530whp on only 26 psi and pump, Now turn that bi*** up to 40 and some race gas and he looking at 700+ whp.

Yeah, most likely:thumb:
It definitely gets the job done.
BTW, i have a hx40 in my garage and the turbine housing is monstrous, I think 23cm, if that exists? that's the numbers on the side

Dude, it's the turbocharger doing the work not the manifold. A ported 1g could make 500+hp. Using a tubular, HKS, etc... could do A LOT better both spool and flow wise running a monster 89 lbs/mins turbocharger.

Why get to such a sorry manifold that accord to you makes 800+hp. The car is already built with for some godforsaken amount of money. Hey if you still believe what you belief go for it. It's only 200 bucks, but it the rev-hard it really capable of that with I'm pretty sure it still would be at that price.

can someone tell me where i can find the revhard for 200 and where in can find erl. is the revhard the one that buschur sells on their site for 575. looks the same but i dont know.

Exactly! Its the turbo not the mani, So then according to what you saying whats it matter what mani you run?

That fact is the mani is what is connected to the turbo. And if it can flow enought to power a turbo to 800 hp that is all that matters.

People just dont like tha mani because, like any good mani you have to fab up the dp. Also people dont like it because its UGLY as sin LOL i agree BUT, funttion over fashion!

But none of those listed above has to do with how well it flows and funtions, they are the important things. You can go ahead and spend 800 on a tubular mani ill stick with the revhard and have an extra 600 to spend on my turbo.
