No, but searching as to why you should recirculate would benefit you immensely.

Your MAF sensor is before you bov so if you do not recirc it then you ecu will be calculating air that won't be there hence your car running like poo.

but it runs pretty good right now i dont feel a real change

It doesn't run THAT horribly but I do suggest, like almost everyone else on here, to recirculate it. You wont lose boost but as stated there will be unmetered air so the car does run slightly off.

You will notice it if running at a high RPM then suddenly dropping them (i.e. pushing in the clutch) and it will feel like the car wants to stall and sometimes does, thats probably the most noticable thing.

just drive the car if you don't want to deal with a vendor. I don't recirc mine because in order to i would need new IC piping.

edit: google search brought up some other people to get it from.

All you need is this fitting.

(Here it is for $15 shipped) eBay to the rescue!

And a piece of radiator hose. I got mine from Advanced Auto for $9. I asked to go in the back and look for the bend I needed. They had no problem (they were slow that day) and I ended up finding one with a 90* and a 45* with decent sized legs on it. It was 1 1/8" ID so it's loose on the BOV (clamp fixes that) and tight on the intake pipe. I just cut the size I needed out of it.

Then just hook it up like this.

You should be able to get it all setup for about $28.

Just recirculate it. Everybody except the few loners on this site will say to do it. I went through the exact same thing and they convinced me. I like the noise but it sacrificed performance which isnt equal in my book

I was running open vented BOV, first to second shift, car lagged VERY bad for about a full second. Went home to fix it finally and found the recirc hose still hooked up to the intake side. The other end had the spring clamp down a bit and a D battery in the end all electrical taped to hide it!:confused:

Pulled the battery out and reconnected, runs better now (smoother) and will try a nice shift after work.

Bottom line, DSM Engineers made it like that for a reason. There is always a nicer (or needed) choice but this seems to not be one of them.

Recirulate it is the best way to go.Who cares about the sound its all about the speed.
