i got a little extra money and i figured id change my plugs and wires. wha brand plug shouldi use and what size wires should i use to gain alittle power?

NGK BRP-6ES with 8MM wires should do wonderfully!

oh and the plugs come gapped at .030. Need to be .028 at most.

You probably won't gain any power at all by swapping plugs and wires, but you need to look at your manual for the gap specs on a n/t, I'm not so sure that they're the same as turbo cars. And for wires basically any old thing will do unless you plan on going turbo, even then stock wires are good for over 400hp. (despite popular belief)

someone gave me 10 mm wires, would the 8mm be better for performance?

the 10mm wires are beefier and will hold a larger pulse to your plugs

When ordering parts you need to make sure you have the proper number sequence.

10MM's are bigger. If you got em, use em. not too much difference though, just overkill IMO. my bad, thought you had a turbo. Thanks for the save Habitatguy. Gaps should be different. you should do the BRP-5es for plugs. I believe those are the recommended stock replacement. The plugs i mentioned before are slightly colder to help with knock on turbo cars. Plugs and wires won't really improve on horsepower but will improve effeciency.
